We have established as a training center since In association with Engineering Training Solution IMechE from the UK, we became the first Authorized Training Organization (ATO) and Examination Center (AEC) to conduct PCN training and Certification in Indonesia region. We Provides a full range of Ultrasonic Testing, Magnetic Particle Testing, Penetrant Testing and Radiographic Interpretation and Welding Inspection courses an examination on almost continuous basis throughout the year. We committed to provide Training, Education, Certification & Examination Services and enhance customer satisfaction, through a constantly monitored and continually improved Quality Management System by setting and reviewing Quality Objectives. 3 TRAINING AND EXAMINATIONS We provide introductory and appreciation, level 1, level 2, and refresher training courses and examinations in method listed below for PCN (BS EN ISO 9712) scheme Training courses can be customised to meet specific needs of the organisation and are delivered at the IINDT office Batam, or our remote training center (RTC) in Surabaya, Tangerang and Cilegon. Training and examination offered: NDT: an Introduction /Appreciation Magnetic Particle testing Liquid Penetrant testing Ultrasonic Testing : Plate, Pipe, Nozzle & Node Welds Radiographic Interpretation Welding Inpection PCN Level 3 In partnership with IMechE Engineering Training Solution (IMechE ETS), We are available to conduct PCN Level 3 examination both basic and main method. The training can be done via online. Students are able to work through the course at their own pace, with some deciding to organise it around their usual work commitments whilst others have set aside a dedicated time to work through the syllabus. Either way, the online training provides significant savings on travel and accommodation costs.

IINDT will acknowledge receipt of registration 2. Joining instruction letter will be sent on receipt of full course and/or examination payment (if self sponsor) or Purchase order (if company sponsor) 3. We advise the student do not book travel accommodation until you have received the joining instruction letter as IINDT will not accept liability for any cost incurred by the student 4. 12 IN ASSOCIATION WITH ONLINE NDT TRAINING MAIN METHOD ULTRASONIC TESTING LEVEL 3 Ultrasonic Testing (UT) is one of only two ISO 9712 inspection techniques that is considered volumetric. In this context volumetric implies that the full body of the component is subjected to testing. UT may be applied to any solid material (with mass or density) such as metals, plastics, glass and concrete. The most commonly applied area is the examination of steel and other metals or alloys in all stages of production, from raw castings, finished forged products and perhaps the most documented, the inspection of weldments. Using mainly portable equipment and without associated safety considerations i.e. radiation/vapours, it may be employed in hazardous environments, on-site and even in under water environments. This course has been devised in line with the applicable BINDT syllabus to provide detail of all key subject areas in line with ISO The course therefore provides a solid foundation of knowledge within ultrasonics to provide you the best chance of success in future PCN ultrasonic testing examinations as well as employer based SNT-TC-1A examinations. IMechE Engineering Training Solutions's online training program allows students to work and track their progress through the course at their own convenience. This provides the opportunity to spend more time on and revisit specific areas of the course that are not fully understood. The assessments provide an opportunity to test your knowledge. Students are able to attempt these as many times as they see fit but a 70% pass rate is required to progress. You also have automatic access to our Product Technology General Theory course. Special note: Candidates should ideally hold a PCN Level 2 approval in Ultrasonic Testing with at least 2 years experience in NDT/Inspection before attempting the course.
