Homun Architect was formerly known as Arkicasa Architects is an energetic and established Architectural practice base in Malaysia with associated offices in London and Singapore. The practice has since expanded to include associate Simon Soh who has vast working experience with Architects Raglan Squite & Partners, James Ferrie & Partner of Singapore, Goh Hock Guan & Associates/ Architects Jururancang Malaysia, Architects Team 3 of Kuala Lumpur and Property Developer Metroplex Bhd. Homun Architect is an architectural practice which offers comprehensive services to its client. Our objective is to apply creative thinking and control to the full spectrum of design from strategic planning to detailed finishes. Architectural practice before returning to Malaysia. He concentrates on the design and development aspects of the practice as well as the construction stages. He still maintains a partnership with Inscape Design London, giving him an edge on design and technical development. Simon Soh is a liaising and coordinating architect for large-scale projects. Simon has over 25 years of experience, primarily in areas of coordinating with clients, consultants and local authorities. He draws his strength from the networking, established over many years of projects implementation and also been commissioned from various types of projects high-rise building from commercial to condominium, housing and industrial. Furthermore, Simon has extensive experience in property development with Corporate Developer over the period of 15 years. With the combine years of his experience with Architect firm and Property Development Sector, he is now able to contribute and can identify design needs and advise clients of optimum returns in development type projects. With their vast experiences and strong technical support and expertise Homun Architect offers a comprehensive Architectural Interior and Management service. The present practice comprises of experience personnels who has experience in a diverse and interesting range of projects, corporate offices, hotels, condominium, hospitals, pharmaceutical plants food processing factory, electronic factory, housing, restaurants, pubs, private residences, clubhouses, sport centers, holiday resorts and renovation works. Our core activity is architecture, but we provide a full service in the related specialist field of Interior Design, Planning and Project Management. Tel: / 97 Fax : Homun Loh has spent sixteen years in United Kingdom, eight of which in pursuance of his educations graduating from University of Liverpool and Polytechnic of Central London. The remaining eight years were spent in working in various architectural practices in London. He is a corporate member of the Royal Institute of British Architect. He started his training at Hubbardford Partnership as an architect assistant. At Manser Associate he was involved in setting up the design team for the ^20 million sterling Hotel at Terminal Four, Heathrow, London, the VIP centres for the British Government at Terminal 3, Heathrow, London and the refurbishment of London Transport Headquarter at 55 Broodway. At Sheppard Robson, he was a member of the design team involved in the design and development of the ^750 million Glaxo Group Laboratories & Medical facilities in Stevenage.

11 He was also involved in the design development and interior team for the ^430million West minister and Chelsea Hospital. Other projects included Skanska AB Headqurters in the City of London and the refurbishment of Euston Tower. He returned to Malaysia in 1992 and registered with the Board of Architects Malaysia where he set up his present practice. The present practice provides comprehensive architectural, interior and management services. The projects range from individual bungalows, apartments, commercial centres, retail outlets, restaurants, clubhouse, resort homes to factories and warehouses. The recently completed projects are: 1) Manufacturing and Assembling plant & office for Grundfos Pumps Sdn Bhd, Glenmarie, Shah Alam. 2) Office and Factory for Production and Assembling of Welding Machine for Westerly Sdn Bhd, Damansara. 3) Servicing and Industrial Parts Factory and Office for Yong Ming Auto Services. Klang. 4) Warehouse & Office at Glenmarie, Shah Alam 5) Factory for manufacturing of car components for Active Vintage, Oakland Industrial Park, Seremban. 6) Factory for production of Thermal Motors for Thermix Sdn Bhd at Bukit Beruntung. The practice current industrial projects included : 1) RM9 million extention for Pok Brothers food processing plants in Glenmarie, Shah Alam. 2) RM2 million extention for RangePharma for production of animal feed. 3) RM1.8 million yatch building factory in Pulau Langkawi.
