3 INSTALL THE #12 PARTITION MINUS THE MID MOUNTING BRACKETS WITH SEPARATE INSTRUCTIONS. IF PARTITION IS INSTALLED REMOVE THE MID MOUNTING BRACKETS. NOTE: SEAT BELT RETRACTORS ARE EQUIPPED WITH AN ORANGE/RED STOP FORK. DO NOT REMOVE UNTIL BELT IS FULLY INSTALLED. IF REMOVED DO NOT ALLOW BELT TO RETRACT PAST THAT POINT. Figure 1 STEP 1 Figure 2 STEP 2 4 FASTENERS 5 FASTENERS STEP 1 - Instructions Fold the 2nd row of seats forward. Remove the (4) factory fasteners from the driver side seat. NOTE: Driver Side Shown SEE FIGURE #1 Figure 3 STEP 3 STEP 2 - Instructions Remove the (6) factory fasteners from the passenger side seat. NOTE: Passenger Side Shown SEE FIGURE #2 Figure 4 STEP 4 LOWER SEAT BELT ANCHOR POINT STEP 3 - Instructions Remove the driver side seat from the vehicle first and then the passenger side. NOTE: Shown with driver s seat removed. SEE FIGURE #3 STEP 4 - Instructions Remove the lower seat belt anchor point from the vehicle. Zip tie the factory seat belt behind the C Pillar. Repeat for the passenger side. SEE FIGURE #4 PAGE 3

SEE FIGURE #5 Figure 7 STEP 7 STEP 6 - Instructions Lift the plastic molding. Slide the bracket assembly under the molding as show in FIGURE #6. Repeat for passenger side. SEE FIGURE #6 Figure 8 STEP 8 OUTER BUCKLE BRACKET 7/16 FASTENERS BELT BUCKLE ANCHOR STRAP STEP 8 - Instructions STEP 7 - Instructions Maneuver the outer buckle bracket up and over existing wire harness. Align the mounting hole on the bracket to the existing seat belt anchor point. Repeat for passenger side. SEE FIGURE #7 Secure the bracket behind the molding loosely with the existing factory fastener. Swivel the buckle anchor strap and place it over the existing stud on the floor board of the vehicle. Tighten the factory fasteners. Tighten the 7/16 fastener firmly, securing the buckle between the brackets at an angle. NOTE: Allow the buckle to be adjusted if needed SEE FIGURE #8 PAGE 4

5 Figure 9 STEP 9 Figure 10 STEP 10 #12 PARTITION LOWER BRACKETS 31 REPLACEMENT SEAT CENTER BRACKET STEP 9 - Instructions Remove the #12 partition s lower brackets. Set the replacement seat center bracket weldment over the studs. Reattach the partition s lower brackets loosely. SEE FIGURE #9 Figure 11 STEP 11 STEP 10 - Instructions Adjust the brackets so the center point measures 31 from the driver side plastic molding. Tighten the fasteners to secure the brackets in place. SEE FIGURE #10 Figure 12 STEP 12 RETRACTOR SEAT BELT CLIPS STEP 12 - Instructions RETRACTOR PLATE STEP 11 - Instructions Assemble the retractors to the retractor plates. SEE FIGURE #11 Place the retractor plates and retractors on the #12 center pull seat belt tube. Align the mounting holes on the retractor, plate and tube. Secure loosely using the 7/16 x 2.5 bolts, 7/16 washers and 7/16 Nylock nut. Pull the belt out of the retractor and reattach the orange/red clip. NOTE: Remove the 7/16 x 2.5 bolts from the center of the panel if installed. SEE FIGURE #12 PAGE 5

6 REMOVE THE OUTER 3/8 X 2 BHSCS SECURING THE CENTER PULL SEAT BELT TUBE TO THE PARTITION. KEEP THIS FASTENER - IT WILL BE USED IN STEP #18. Figure 13 STEP 13 TIE DOWN Figure 14 STEP 14 UPPER OPENINGS STEP 13 - Instructions Using a tie down, synch the Setina seat & move it into the vehicle. SEE FIGURE #13 Figure 15 STEP 15 LOWER OPENING STEP 14 - Instructions Feed the seat belts through the upper opening in the replacement seat. SEE FIGURE #14 Figure 16 STEP 16 STEP 15 - Instructions Feed the seat belt back through the lower openings in the seat with the white label facing the center of the seat. NOTE: Make sure the belts do not blind up or get tangled SEE FIGURE #15 STEP 16 - Instructions Place the seat belt anchor points over the studs on the center seat bracket. Secure using the provided 7/16 Nylock and washers. SEE FIGURE #16 CENTER BRACKET STUD PAGE 6

7 Figure 17 STEP 17 Figure 18 STEP 18 3 OF 4 FACTORY STUDS & FASTENERS LOWER SEAT COVER STEP 17 - Instructions Adjust the seat so the lower mount points are over the existing studs on the floor. Secure loosely with the factory fasteners removed in Step #1. NOTE: Driver side shown. SEE FIGURE #17 STEP 18 - Instructions While sitting in the seat, place the lower seat cover over the lower seat belt opening. Apply pressure to the seat and insert the 3/8 x 2 BHSCS with 3/8 flat washer to secure the seat and cover. SEE FIGURE #18 Figure 19 STEP 19 OUTER FASTENER Figure 20 STEP 20 CENTER FASTENER STEP 18 - Instructions Move to the top of the seat. Align the mounting hole on the outer edge of the seat to the outer hole on the center pull seat belt tube. Secure with the 3/8 x 2 BHSCS, 3/8 flat washers and 3/8 wizlock removed earlier. Repeat for passenger side. NOTE: Driver side shown. SEE FIGURE #19 STEP 20 - Instructions Secure the center of the replacement seat to the retractor tube and panel with the provided 3/8 x 2 BHSCS, 3/8 flat washers (on both sides) and 3/8 wizlock. NOTE: If the tube does not have the center mount hole it will need to be drilled out. Start with a 1/4 drill bit & work your way up to a 1/2 drill bit. SEE FIGURE #20 PAGE 7

8 Figure 21 STEP 20 Figure 22 STEP 21 UPPER OPENINGS W/COVERS 1 OF 4 STUD CAPS STEP 20 - Instructions Move to the floor mount points. Tighten the factor fasteners and apply the stud caps. SEE FIGURE #21 STEP 21 - Instructions Move to the upper openings in the seat. Slide the covers over the seat belts. Adjust to fit in opening and secure with the provided #6 x.75 Phillip SMS. Align the hole on the end release buckle to the mounting hole on the lower filler and secure using the existing fasteners. SEE FIGURE #23 STEP 23 - Instructions Remove the fastener on the front partition lower fillers. Align the hole on the end release buckle to the mounting hole on the lower filler and secure using the existing fasteners. NOTE: Install the end release buckle at an upward angle on the passenger side of the XL front partition. SEE FIGURE #24 PAGE 8
