All safety and warning information contained in the Yanmar Operation Manual and Service Manual is adopted and incorporated to apply to the components, accessories, and parts that are utilized with Yanmar engines. Follow all instructions and precautions before installing this product, before operating, during operation, and during periodic maintenance procedures for your safety, the safety of others, and to protect the performance of your engine.

Installation Instructions Hand tighten all bolts and nuts until assembly is completed, then torque according to specifications in Table.

Fasten the intake and exhaust side lower radiator support brackets (3,3) to the front engine mounting pads with M0 X.

4 Installation Instructions Hand tighten all bolts and nuts until assembly is completed, then torque according to specifications in Table. The numbers in () represent the item numbers. WARNING:. DO NOT RUN ENGINE WITHOUT COOLANT IN RADIATOR. Fasten the intake and exhaust side lower radiator support brackets (3,3) to the front engine mounting pads with M0 X.5-0mm bolts (39) according to the picture Fasten each engine foot (38) to the front engine mounting pad with the M0 X.5-5mm bolts provided (0). KF6 engine foot shown Fasten the exhaust side upper support bracket (9) to the exhaust side of the cylinder head with the M6 X - mm bolts provided (). . Fasten the isolator mounts (7) to the all four mounting locations on the radiator assembly () with the M6 X.00 nuts provided (6). 7 5.

Fasten the isolator mounts (7) to the all four mounting locations on the radiator assembly () with the M6 X.00 nuts provided (6) Remove the fan guard (6) from the radiator assembly and place it around the cooling fan Install the pre-assembled radiator () to the lower radiator mounting brackets using the rubber isolators and M6 X.00 nuts (6) provided with the radiator kit. Mount the fan guard (6) to the radiator sub-assembly () using M6 X - 6mm bolts provided (). Fasten the upper support brackets (9,30) to the upper rubber isolators (7) with the M6 X.00 nuts (6). 9. Attach the top radiator hose (33) to the inlet of the radiator () and the outlet of the water pump with hose clamps (). 6 0. Mount overflow bottle assembly (0) to the side of the radiator () using M8 X.5 - mm bolts (5). Attach the overflow hose to the inlet of the overflow bottle and the top of radiator using hose clamps included with the overflow bottle 5 0. Option: To add the alternator cover (37) remove the existing alternator fasteners and add the cover according to the image Tighten all remaining bolts and nuts according to specification in Table. Add antifreeze, using a 50:50 mixture, into the Radiator. After running the engine for a few minutes, add more antifreeze mixture if necessary. NOTE: Comply with torque standards in the table to avoid unexpected damage during installation or in the future.
