ROVE AIR CLEANER FILTER ELENT SUB- ASSBLY 12. ROVE AIR CLEANER CASE (a) Remove the 3 bolts, then remove the air cleaner case. 13. SEPARATE VANE PUMP ( -21) 14. ROVE NO. 2 RADIATOR HOSE 15. SEPARATE COMPRESSOR AND MAGNETIC CLUTCH (w/ Air Conditioning System) ( - 21) 16. ROVE RADIATOR HOSE INLET 17. SEPARATE WATER HOSE SUB-ASSBLY (a) Separate the water hoses. 18. DISCONNECT FUEL HOSE ( FU-11) 19. DISCONNECT NO. 2 FUEL HOSE ( FU-11) G038551E01
2 2TR-FE ENGINE MECHANICAL ENGINE ASSBLY SEPARATE FUEL VAPOR FEED HOSE ASSBLY (a) Disconnect the fuel vapor feed hose. G038552E01 G038553E DISCONNECT NO. 1 AIR INJECTION HOSE (a) Disconnect the No.1 air injection hose. 22. DISCONNECT ENGINE WIRE (a) Disconnect the connector from the ECM, then pull the engine wire harness to the compartment side. Do not forcibly pull the wire harness to the engine compartment side. (b) Disconnect all wire harnesses and connectors in the engine room. 23. ROVE EXHAUST PIPE ASSBLY TAIL ( EX-2) 24. ROVE EXHAUST PIPE ASSBLY FRONT (See page EX-2) 25. ROVE MANUAL TRANSMISSION UNIT ASSBLY F MT-6 MT-8 FR: RR: 26. ROVE AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION ASSBLY ( AT-113) 27. ROVE ENGINE ASSBLY (a) Install the engine hanger with the bolt. Torque: 42 N*m (420 kgf*cm, 30 ft.*lbf) Part No Part Name Part No. Engine hanger Bolt A1020 G037564E03 Be sure to use the bolts when installing the engine hanger.
