Instead of tediously checking suppliers brochures to make sure that their filters conform to the standards that apply to you, you can make Eurovent certification your guide in the selection procedure. The Eurovent seal verifies that the data in suppliers brochures for a particular product category conform with all the systems of regulations applying to the filters being offered. The testing data can be systematically found under and this means in turn that you benefit from a maximum of transparency. Fine-particle air filters made by GEA Air Filters are tested by Eurovent for conformity to filter-class and initial pressure-drop specifications. 26 Filter frames for wall or ceiling installation Characteristics Wall frames for air filters CDD Ceiling air outlet CGF These wall filter frames are made of galvanized or stainless steel. Four spring clamps hold the air filters to the frame. The frames can be bolted together to form a filter wall. This filter casing consists of metal sheet with powder-coat finish (colour shade RAL 91). A shutoff flap can be installed in the intake-air fitting at the side. The flap, which closes airtight, can be operated manually or electrically (as per DIN 1946, Part 4). The casing is equipped with a device that checks to ensure that the filter is seated airtight. It also has a pressure-gauge connection fitting, and a fitting for oil-mist passage. Various air distributors can be connected to the CGF ceiling air outlet by means of central of 4-point fastenings.
