3 OCO2 Room Controller with CO 2 Sensor Controller with CO 2 Sensor - NDIR C0 2 Sensor for detection of carbon dioxide content in rooms with variable occupancy Measuring range The C0 2 measuring range is ppm. A section of this value is converted using two parameters to %, which is then shown on the display, for example ppm is equivalent to % (air quality) or % (pollution). The Modbus also shows the absolute value in ppm. The parameters are set by direct entering in the Modbus registers. The default values are 0 % ppm (clean air), 100 % ppm (highest pollution). Auto-calibration The precision of the sensors may be reduced by transport vibrations and ageing. During operation, the sensor continuously monitors the minimum measurement and assumes a drop in the C0 2 concentration to the level of concentration in the outdoor air (400 ppm) at least once every 8 days. The lowest measured value is assigned a concentration of 400 ppm. The auto-calibration algorithm does not work in a case where the room is occupied continuously, or no drop in the concentration occurs (for example, greenhouses). In such case, it is possible to deactivate the function by direct entering in the Modbus table. In default settings, auto-calibration is active. 5 F7F F7 Filter 400 x 220 x 48 mm Characteristics The F7 filter class according to EN 779 for fine dust; the filter is designed for holding particles of size 1-3 microns. It is applied to achieve higher indoor quality requirements and is effective against bacteria, cement dust and partly against soot or tobacco smoke.

6 CF Carbon Filter Characteristics A Carbon Filter can be added in order to despose gaseous pollutants. The Carbon used inside of the filter eliminates undesireble odors.

21 EPP EPP Pipe System Properties The EPP Pipe System is an innovative, self-supporting system resistant to moisture. It uses a unique connecting principle thanks to which its installation is quick and clean. The pipe system fulfils the requirements of EnEV 2009 for insulation of the air channels in the ventilation system and is installed as a substitute for spiro pipes. The pipe system is available in sizes of DN 150/210. The pipe itself is made of two parts. Thanks to material with a high-density material and thickness of insulation, it has excellent thermal insulation properties. Installation Installation must be done in compliance with the provisions of the building regulations of the given country. The manufacturer s product warranty is two years, which applies to defective material. Use Used for intake of fresh air and extraction of spent air between the outdoor environment and the recuperation unit. It is designed for use in the interior environment. The insulating pipe system is designed for up to 200 Pa and is air-tight. We recommend using max. 375 m 3 /h. We recommend use of melting wire to shorten the pipe. Caution: The latch must be installed horizontally. The pipe must have hangers at distances of min. 1 m. The pipe system is self-supporting according to DIN with material class B2.
