3 instructions ATS 00 / 400 / 600 / 900 MOF singleleaf door 1. Clamp the drive unit firmly in the rail. There is only one model, which can be fitted either to the left or the right of the opened or closed door. 2. Attach (weld on) the door drive bracket near the edge of the door facing the drive unit. Minimum distance between drive unit and door drive bracket = 200 mm. Depending on the direction of opening, the separation between the rail and the door drive bracket is 20 or 86 mm. If necessary, fit a shim between the door leaf and the drive bracket to ensure free travel of the belt later on.. Slide the door away from the drive unit as far as possible (end of travel) and attach the return pulley to the rail or rail support on the far side of the door drive bracket (minimum separation 200 mm, maximum separation 500 mm), taking care to ensure free travel of the belt. 4. Close the door and secure it with a wooden wedge. 5. Feed the end of the toothed belt between the drive pinion and either the upper or lower guide pin, depending on the position of the door drive bracket. While holding the end of the toothed belt firmly engaged with the teeth, rotate the drive by hand until the end of the belt emerges from between the pinion and the other guide pin after making a 180degree turn. 6. Route the belt as shown in the accompanying installation options. 7. Slide the ribbon into the slot of the tension pulley so the free end extends by approximately 50 mm. Wind two turns and secure them with the 6mm sockethead screw. Pull the other end tight and clamp it firmly to the door drive bracket using the clamping jaw. Trim off the excess length. Loosen the 6mm sockethead screw and retighten the tension pulley using a 24mm openend wrench (maximum belt tension 600N). Then secure the pulley with the 6mm sockethead screw. 8. Remove the wooden wedge and open the door by hand. Check that damping occurs in the closing direction. Adjust the speed regulator to set the closing speed. 9. Fit type D T end cushions at both limits of travel. 10. Connect the drive unit according to the accompanying wiring diagram. 11. Wire the motor so it turns in the direction opposite the closing direction. 12. If a Type MOFE controller is used, adjust the trimpot on the motor circuit board to set the opening force Munich Fax 089 / info@schnetz.de Version 04/2010
4 instructions ATS 00 / 400 / 600 / 900 MOF twoleaf door 1. Clamp the drive unit firmly in the rail. There is only one model, which can be fitted either to the left or the right of the opened door leaf. 2. Attach (weld on) the first door drive bracket near the edge of the door facing the drive unit. Minimum distance between drive unit and door drive bracket = 200 mm. Depending on the direction of opening, the separation between the rail and the door drive bracket is 20 mm for left fitting or 86 mm for right fitting. If necessary, fit a shim between the door leaf and the drive bracket to ensure free travel of the belt later on.. Attach (weld on) the second door drive bracket near the closing edge of the door leaf furthest away from the drive unit. The distance between the rail and the door drive bracket is 86 mm if the drive unit is fitted to the left and 20 mm if the drive unit is fitted to the right. If necessary, fit a shim between the door leaf and the drive bracket to ensure free travel of the belt later on. 4. Slide the door leaf furthest away from the drive unit fully open and attach the return pulley to the rail or rail support on the far side of the door drive bracket (minimum separation 200 mm, maximum separation 500 mm), taking care to ensure free travel of the belt. 5. Close both door leaves and secure them with wooden wedges. 6. 7. Feed the other end of the belt through the second door drive bracket (leaving the clamp loose for now), around the return pulley, and back to the first door drive bracket. 8. Slide the ribbon into the slot of the tension pulley so the free end extends by approximately 50 mm. Wind two turns and secure them with the 6mm sockethead screw. Pull the other end tight and clamp it firmly in the first door drive bracket, with the belt still free to slide through the second door drive bracket. Trim off the excess length. Loosen the 6mm sockethead screw and retighten the tension pulley using a 24mm openend wrench (maximum belt tension 600N). Then secure the pulley with the 6mm sockethead screw. Now clamp the belt firmly to the second door drive bracket. 9. Remove the wooden wedges, open the door by hand, and check that damping occurs in the closing direction. Adjust the speed regulator to set the closing speed. 10. Fit type D T end cushions at both limits of travel. 11. Connect the drive unit according to the accompanying wiring diagram. Wire the motor so it turns in the direction opposite the closing direction. 12.
