CUSTO EasyBase Space-saving D01 and D02 fuse bases for installation in the 4mm standard panel cut-out. Easy handling is ensured by the large clamping range, good connection conditions for outgoing conductors, and the option of direct connection of all kinds of conductors in the dual function terminal. High level of safety during installation, operation and maintenance thanks to integrated cover and comprehensive shock protection. AMBUS EasyLiner PV, 1-pole Bus-mounting fuse holder for 10 x 38 fuses Version for photovoltaic applications up to 1000V DC Direct mounting on busbars 20 x /10 or 30 x /10 mm UL approval TRITON Fully shock-protected fuse base to DIN EN 0274/BGV A3. For clipping onto DIN EN 6071 rails, or for screwing on. 1 and 3-pole versions for D01, D02, DII and DIII. AMBUS EasySwitch The holder for cylindrical fuses for currents up to 32A (10 x 38) is only 18mm wide. With a short-circuit withstand capacity of up to 100kA and shock protection in conformity with VDE 0106, circuits up to 690V can be fused at up to 80A (22 x 8, up to 12A with 400V). Models with neutral conductor and LED, for semi-conductor protection, DC applications available up to 100V and with pilot switch. UL approved. AMBUS EasySwitch Class CC For class CC fuses to UL up to 30A. Compliant with the American standard, with a short-circuit withstand capacity of up to 200kA. 4 Surface mounting components Fuse holders Fuse holder for photovoltaic applications: NH fuse base Holder for NH fuses size 2XL and 3L Version for photovoltaic applications up to 100V DC Comprehensive shock protection With connection for internal busbars up to 2 x 40 x 10mm Variable connection situation AMBUS EasyLiner PV 1-pole bus-mounting fuse holder for 10 x 38 fuses. The fuse holder is secured and electrically connected on 20 x /10mm and 30 x /10mm busbars quickly and safely in a single work step. The contacts are spring-loaded, and the holders snap into position. To improve ventilation of fuse links, spacers are integrated, which also cover the busbar and prevent it being touched. The AMBUS EasyLiner has UL approval. AMBUS EasySwitch In the compact version for 10 x 38 fuses, this is the standard device in generator terminal boxes. With class gpv fuses, the range of application extends to a max. of 30A at up to 1000V DC. The AMBUS EasySwitch is easy to install in series, with an installed width of only 18mm, convenient connection features and clip-on fitting on mounting rails. Fuses are replaced conveniently and safely using the swivelling handle. The holder is designed so as to offer comprehensive shock protection. The model with LED indicates a blown fuse. Approval to UL4248 for use in PV systems in North America. The AMBUS EasySwitch for 10 x 8 and 14 x 8 fuses is suitable for more stringent requirements: the holder is already designed for voltages of up to 100V DC. The fuses currently reach a current value of 30A, and the maximum power dissipation for the fuse is 6W. The easy fuse removal deserves special mention. The fuse can be extracted simply by pulling the handle. The fuse carrier can then be completely removed, so that you do not have to touch the fuse with your hands. An internal barrier prevents contacts in the holder from inadvertent contact. This convenient connection design and the clipon fasten ing to the mounting rail further enhance the fuse holder s simple handling. NH fuse base For gpv fuses with a long fuse body. Suitable for up to 20A in the NH 1XL version and up to 600A in the NH 2XL/3L version, at up to 100V. The holders provide comprehensive shock protection and a variable connection area, which can be equipped with connection screw M 10 (M 12 with NH 2XL/3L) or with wedge-type terminals for connecting aluminium conductors, for example. NH fuse bases are provided for screwing onto the mounting plate. The versions for busbar connection offer the option of routing internal busbars up to 2 x 30 x 10mm for size NH 1XL and up to 2 x 40 x 10mm for size NH 2XL/3L, with full shock protection.
