2 GEPC has been in the forefront of industrial Air Circuit Breaker installations in India. With an installed base of over 1,50,000 numbers of Air Circuit Breakers in the country we continue to be one of the largest suppliers of Air Circuit Breakers in India. These Air Circuit Breakers have proven themselves by performing in trying and testing conditions for many decades. Air Circuit Breakers form an integral heart of any electrical installation and our efforts have been to provide our valued customers with all the necessary tools, processes and spares to ensure that the Air Circuit Breakers continue to provide trouble free service. In line with our philosophy to provide customers with all the necessary choices, we are through this Spare Parts Manual bringing out an exhaustive listing of spares that any ACB user may ever need to maintain his Air Circuit Breakers in good shape. These spares are made available through one of the largest channel partner networks in the country and also through over 40 Approved Service Franchise setups. A point worth mentioning here is that the Air Circuit Breakers should almost always as a rule be maintained and serviced by GEPC trained personnel. A GEPC product undergoes many minor changes to enhance performance from time to time and such intricacies are generally shared with the service personnel to help them maintain customer ACBs better. A step further, all the ASF service personnel are adequately trained and have access to our recommended process of maintenance and also have adequate stock of genuine spares. Importance of both these counts cannot be diluted. Also an ACB that has NOT been serviced as per recommendation and specific current carrying parts not serviced properly, the repercussions could be major, exposing the customer to undue risk and safety issues. The manual has been made keeping the customers requirements in view and is expected to help in easier: 1. Identification of parts 2. Ordering of parts through proper Parts Codes. 3. Access to the nearest Service Franchise location. 2
