XEB Series Fluorescent Emergency Ballasts The XEB Series Fluorescent Emergency Ballasts allow the same fixture to be used for both normal and emergency operation.

These units contain a battery, charger, and inverter circuit in a single can (some include flex for wiring).

10 XEB Series Fluorescent Emergency Ballasts The XEB Series Fluorescent Emergency Ballasts allow the same fixture to be used for both normal and emergency operation. In the event of a power failure, these units switch to emergency mode and operate one or two of the existing lamps for 90 minutes. These units contain a battery, charger, and inverter circuit in a single can (some include flex for wiring). We offer a variety of emergeny ballasts, some designed to be mounted in the wireway or on top of the fixture, and others that must be mounted next to or on top of the fixture. We also offer a variety of emergency ballasts that come with a test switch, charge light, and unit battery connector all installed in a standard switch box (CF). These units are connected via 3/8 flex. All of our Emergeny Ballasts are UL Listed for factory installation or retrofit applications.
