15 WARRANTY Belmont Equiment is warranted by the manufacturer to be free from defective material and workmanshi under normal use and service, for a eriod of (2) years* from date of shiment to the Buyer, excet that any art or arts that are relaced under this Warranty within ninety (90) days of the comletion of the two (2) year eriod shall be warranted to be free from defective material and workmanshi for a eriod of ninety (90) days from date of shiment of said arts to the Buyer. Belmont will reair or relace any defective art under this Warranty, rovided the art is returned to our factory with reaid ostage, delivery or freight charges. In the event Warranty service must be erformed to correct any defect, only Belmont and/or one of its authorized dealers shall rovide same uon mutually agreeable arrangements made in advance. Excet as otherwise rovided herein, there is NO WARRANTY, reresentation or condition of ANY KIND, exress or imlied (including NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS) and none shall be imlied by law.
