4 INSTALLATION ARRANGEMENT

5 Arrange installati of chain barrier automati laying down ducts for cables, foundati plates and optial ground guide for chain. Be careful! : lay down the base plate with the correct orientati. The 2 nearer holes the base plates have to be the inside of the driveway! Lay down the ducts for cables : 25 mm diameter duct ( or larger ) for power supply to the MASTER column 25 mm diameter duct ( or larger ) for cables between MASTER and SLAVE column Route those cables for the automati : 2x1+GY for power supply to the ctrol unit the MASTER column 2x2,5 for power supply to the gearmotor the SLAVE column 2x0,5 for optial blinker 2x0,5 for optial LED ligth to enligth the chain the SLAVE column 2x0,5 for optial photocell transmitter the SLAVE column

6 1. 2. Unbolt the 3 M5 inox screws each side of the chain barrier. Remove the 2 inox side lids. Unbolt the 4 M5 inox screws each side of the chain barrier. Remove the frt and rear lids. 3. Insert the SLAVE column the foundati plate and join the barrier to the foundati plate with the 4 nuts and 4 washers supplied in the box. 4. Insert the MSTER column the foundati plate and join the barrier to the foundati plate with the 4 nuts and 4 washers supplied in the box.. Open the waterproof box that ctains the ctrol unit.

8 6. LED ligth ( optial ) 7. BATTERY PACK (optial ) Loose the nut (1) and put LED ligth support slot (2) the eyebolt and bolt again the nut (1). Join the track for cable to the column with the screw (3) and nut (4) trough the hole (4). 5 3 Loose 2 screws (1) and put the Z shaped support the column and bolt again the screws (1) Insert the batteries the support. 8. LIMIT SWITCHES (optial) Loose screws (1) and (2) for 23 millimeters ( maybe you need to remove waterproof box MASTER column). Pull away the 2 supports for the chromed bar. Put OPEN and CLOSE micro between supports and column. Bolt again screws (1) and (2). 1 2

If the LED LD4 flashes then the battery and 'cnected properly and the processor of the receiver is working PROPERLY Check that the LED LD1 or LD2 are turned. If it is lit the LED LD1 then the panel is charging the battery If you access the LED LD2 then the battery is fully charged. REMOTE CONTROL PROGRAMMING ( Mhz, 1220 bit code ) Press the butt the transmitter you want to learn to holding it about 1 meter from the ctrol unit. Press the butt T2 (RADIO) the solar charger for about half a secd, the LED L4 will turn ON Led LD4 blinks 3 times if the code is learned correctly. LD4 LED does not flash if the code has not been learned in the right way or the receiver's memory is full DELETE A REMOTE CONTROL. Press the butt T2 (RADIO) the solar charger for about 3 secds, the LED L4 will turn ON Press the butt the transmitter you want to delete Led LD4 blinks 5 times if the code is erased correctly. DELETE ALL REMOTE CONTROLS Press the butt T2 (RADIO) the solar charger untile the LED L4 blinks 7 times.

Push butt for 2 sec.: red led turn, the learning procedure is activated Transmit the radio code pushing the butt the transmitter, the red led the ctrol unit blinks slowly The red led turns off when the code is recognized and inserted in memory. Transmit the radio code of another transmitter if you want. Push butt or wait 10 secds without pushing any butt radiotransmitters to exit from the procedure, the red led turns off. 14. WORKING MODE SELECTION off CONDOMINIUM MODE Set dip 3 in ON and dip 2 in OFF positi. In this way if the ctrol unit receives a command by the radiotransmitter or STR input the barrier : open with the force and speed selected by trimmer opening procedure stop when the barrier reaches the limit switch or a obstacle is detected or time is over. Further commands during opening are ignored. when the barrier is in SE further command reset the pause time that restart from zero. when the SE time is over the barrier begin the closing procedure with the force and speed selected by the trimmer. Further command during closing stop the closing procedure and begin a opening procedure. closing procedure stop when the barrier reaches the limit switch or a obstacle is detected or time is over. off STEP BY STEP MODE WITH AUTOMATIC CLOSE Set dip 3 in OFF and dip 2 in ON positi. In this way if the ctrol unit receives a command by the radiotransmitter or STR input the barrier : open with the force and speed selected by trimmer CONTROL UNIT PROGRAMING Check thath dip switch DIP2 is in ON positi. If the chain barrier is working with optial SOLAR PANEL push the butt the radiotransmitter that you have inserted in radio receiver memory ( check point 15.) to power the AURA ctrol unit, if not ctinue with the next point the red led AURA ctrol unit will blink fast put trimmer and trimmer in half positi push the butt for 3 secds, then release it, at this point the yellow led will turn push the butt for 1 secd. The chain barrier will do : slowly opening for some secds slowly closing until the chain reaches the top positi complete opening untile the chain reaches bottom positi. 1 secd pause complete closing until the chain reaches the top positi again. The programming procedure is complete. opening procedure stop when the barrier reach the limit switch or a obstacle is detected or time is over. further commands during the opening procedure work as STOP command when the barrier is in SE further command start a closing procedure. further commands during the closing procedure work as STOP command closing procedure stop when the barrier reaches the limit switch or a obstacle is detected or time is over. off STEP BY STEP MODE Set dip 3 in OFF and dip 2 in ON positi. If you have selected cdominium mode or step by step with automatic close working mode you can adjiust pause time with trimmer. Rotate clockwise to add pause time. Rotate counterclockwise to reduce pause time.

14 Close the juncti box that ctains the ctrol center. Seal any holes made during installati to prevent ingress of moisture and insects in the sealed box. Put the frt and rear lids the columns. Bolt the 4 M5 inox screws each side of the chain barrier. Put the 2 side lids. Bolt the 3 M5 inox screws each side of the chain barrier.
