2 3) Outline Proposal: - BRISBANE SYDNEY BATHURST For your application Screenmasters propose a Telescopic Conveyor (TC1245W) system able to receive Bulk material direct a variable range of equipment. The exceptional design of the Samson range of telescopic conveyors allows increased stockpile capacity by combining large extension and slew ranges with an on the fly boom luffing angle adjustment. The two stage conveying system can receive material through a range of feed chutes and safely stockpile, automatically, in a variety of segregation preventing patterns. The Samson Telescopic Conveyor features fast raise/lower and extend/retract times and swing out road wheels for efficient conversion to radial mode while retaining compact road transportation dimensions. Conveyor main belt drive. Single or dual electrically driven head pulleys provide excellent discharge capacities for handling a wide range of materials. Operator Controls. Standard manual controls for Boom Raise/lower, extend/retract and radial travel giving the operator complete flexibility during the stockpile operation. Boom Telescoping facility. As standard the unit includes a precision telescoping winch controlled wire rope design which features a slack rope sensor alerting the operator of any adjustments required during operation.

3 Boom Luffing facility. The heavy duty dual hydraulic cylinders provide incline height adjustment for setup and for operation. Main Chassis. The Telescopic Conveyor features a heavy duty Hybrid Beam/Truss frame design chassis, which incorporates an operators control Panel along with the main hydraulic power pack with easy access service points. Forward wheel unit design. Both forward wheel units are fixed to the chassis by means of swing assemblies. These swing assemblies enable the operator to either manually or hydraulically swing both wheel units from in-line tow travel position to radial travel position. Powered radial travel. Once the unit has been positioned within the stockyard area and the forward wheel units are swung into the radial orientation the complete unit can be slewed radially left and right to increase stockpile capacity. Radial drive by means of a hydraulic wheel motor. This allows the operator to slew the entire unit about the rear turntable, which is located directly in line with the centre of the reception hopper thus reducing feed conveyor discharge point adjustments.
