7 4. PLASTIC CORE BOXES DIMENSIONS & TECHINICAL DATA Heavy duty type, light weight core boxes are designed for the storage and the carriage of core samples. The special core boxes are made of polypropylene. For the case of usage and storage under direct sunlight, boxes are strengthened against UV with special additives. They can be used in rough climate conditions between +50 C to - 35 C. Jeoges Core boxes are made in three different sizes. Movement of the core samples during transport is prevented with the rigid seperators. Drill hole and interval information is easily stamped or printed on the boxes. Jeoges core boxes can be used with or without lids. Lids lock the box by itself. Core boxes can be handled by one single person easily. It is ideal for the places where access is limited. The lid is common for all sizes. The most convenient method of dispersing these products is with a polymer eductor or a commercially available dry powder feeder unit. Solution should be made up at % solid. Make-up water temperature should be between 10 and 40 for optimum product performance. Following dispersion into agitated water, stirring should continue for about an hour to ensure complete dissolution. Stirring maybe carried out by propeller type stirrer with a speed of rpm. DIGITAL SURVEY AND Drill Rig Remote Monitoring System RIG REMOTE MONITORING SYSTEM (RRMS) - UZAKTAN MAKİNA İZLEME SİSTEMİ is an electronic system which is developed by Jeoges Makina Ve Sondaj Ekipmanları San. ve Tic. LTD ŞTİ and Mikrodizayn Elektronik San.ve Tic. LTD ŞTİ, a company which is active in remote monitoring system, tracking, telemetry and Scada systems, and is also designing ve producing local electronical devices since RRMS is tested thoroughly in the field and can be adjusted for all kinds of drilling machines It is a well known fact that, with regards to machine fuels, chemical oils and other drilling equipmenti, time spent on other than the drilling and sample gathering processes is not tracked adequately; and this causes loss in profits. In order to minimize the time and expenditure costs and also to track all these instantly, a real-time GPRS tracking line is going to be established fort he drilling equipment located in the field. The dta from the pas is going to be stored and detailed reports shall be established. SYSTEM SPECIFICATIONS 1.
