13 Ohio s Scrap Tire Grants for Asphalt Pavement Projects Money passes through Ohio EPA to Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR) Regulator (Ohio EPA) is not the grantor (ODNR) Nineteen (19) rubberized asphalt paving related projects awarded grants since 1998 The 19 grants total $2,452, All grants require matching funds from the applicant
14 Ohio s Scrap Tire Grants for Asphalt Pavement Projects In 2005, a grant to Seneca Petroleum Company for equipment $150, Between 1998 and 2008, fifteen (15) paving projects with city & county engineers $1,952, In 2009, four (4) paving projects with the Ohio Department of Transportation $350, Paving projects increasing in size
