2 Our Company The name GF is in honor of Mr Gulamhussein Fazal Karmali who was the driving force for the growth and expansion of the Karmali family s business, which was established way back in 1931 by the late Mr. Fazal Karmali. Four generations of experienced and successful businessmen resulted in the establishment of GF Trucks & Equipment. Our Company has grown and expanded rapidly in just over 6 years. We deal in the importation, sale and aftersales of a variety of products ranging from commercial vehicles, trailers, engines and construction equipment. Our Company has successfully secured a place among the top 100 mid-sized companies of Tanzania for the years 2011 & GF Trucks & Equipment Limited is a limited liability company registered in Tanzania on 9 th February We are proud to be the sole authorised distributors in Tanzania for: 2 Mr. Gulamhussein Fazal Karmali i) First Automobile Works Ltd; ii) Weichai Power Company Ltd; iii) Terex Construction; and iv) Doosan Infracore

3 Our People Mehboob Karmali Chairman Imran Karmali Managing Director He acquired his business skills and acumen from various family businesses ranging from real estate, auto rentals, long distance cargo haulage, timber processing and export, importation and distribution of fuel and tyres, automobiles and construction equipment. All product lines are handled by seperate Divisional Managers who are qualified and experienced in their respective fields. He is a young and dynamic businessman who has acquired his experience and skills in various business fields such as commerce, administration, finance as well as technical workshop management. 3
