Vehicle #1 was traveling straight through the intersection. Vehicle #2 driver believed that vehicles were slowing to a stop and light was turning red so he made the left turn. Vehicle #1 driver said that the light was yellow and turning red. The driver said that he wasnt going that fast and wasnt able to stop in time. It was raining during the crash and looked to be a factor in why the driver was unable to stop in time to prevent the accident. Driver #2 was transported the hospital via ambulance.
