A report was taken. NARCOTICS VIOL Possession of Narcotic Controlled Sub Jan 20, 2019-Sunday at 13: TEHAMA ST Summary : O observed a juvenile riding an off-road motorcycle in an alley. Officers contacted 16 y/o juvenile. After an on-scene investigation the juvenile was arrested for possession of LSD, resisting/delaying an Officer, and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana by a juvenile. The motorcycle was stored by Zip's Towing.
