That was reported in the media quoting Mr. Heidar Nouri Jabr, Iraqi Commercial Attaché' to Egypt, indicating the deal was signed before the recent war and it was then valued at $ million. Meanwhile both El Sewedy Co, ARABCO - Arab Contractors & Enppi were awarded new contracts in Basra City. Other Egyptian companies won also contracts to supply edible oil, ceramics and similar. 11 Untraditional Energy - Non Tenders Section Type Description ed Business News Projects Awards India offering to invest in untraditional energy projects in Egypt including solar energy & in waste converted into energy saying it has strong past performance in both fields. That was revealed in the media indicating the development may well be possibly coordinated via the IFC of the World Bank. Meanwhile the Indian Ambassador to Egypt is said to have already extended an invitation to Egypt's Minister of Energy to review the Indian experiment in that field. Rus Atom of Russia getting ready to clinch a huge nuclear energy reactors' project in Saudi Arabia. That was reported in the media indicating the company was admitted to the project's short list with other bidders from South Korea, the US, France & Japan. Earlier media reports indicated that Saudi Arabia plans to build almost 16 nuclear reactors over the next 20 to 25 years. the requested reactors Euro 20 million contract signed with TSK of Spain for the 26 Mega Watt solar energy station in Komombo signed with a Spanish company under finance from ADF - Agen France de Development. Project is for completion for mid The project goes under Euro 40 million soft loan from ADF with the remaining finance to back other similar projects. A Spanish company awarded a Euro 19 million contract to build in Komombo, in Asswan Governorate, a 26 MW solar energy station for completion in 8 months. Job is financed under a loan from AFD - Agen France de Development. L.E. 35 million contracts awarded to Wadi El Nile Contracting Co. to build the nuclear fuel factory for the nuclear power stations project for completion over two stages. That was reported in the media quoting Dr. Atef Abdel Hamid, Head of the Atomic Nuclear Energy indicating the first stage will go under L.E. 20 million investments & the second under L.E. 15 million. No details on production start were given. Aug 09, 2018 Jul 12, 2018 Sep 14, 2018 Jul 09, 2018 Jul 11, 2018 Two companies affiliated to El Sewedy Group involved with power transmission & power distribution were awarded two contracts in Mauritania valued $ 19.7 million Aug 30, 2018 Projects in Pre-Tendering Phase TK Group (of Mr. Tamer Al Kholy) announcing intentions to pump large investments in a project on the Red Sea involving a residential city worth up to $ 200 million. Mr. Tamer Al Kholy announced he is also now involved with another mega project to build 500,000 housing units in the Cote D'ivoir for completion over the next 5 years which sill mainly rely on renewable energy. Other similar projects are also in the pipeline in Senegal, Mali, Cameron & Sear Leon. While visiting its new location occupying 35 feddans additional area, Kafr El Sheikh Governor, General El Sayyed Nasr, announced it will host a second factory for the black sand project to go under $ 24 million investments. The project is located to the North West of Al Borollos & is thought to reduce the project's set time & accelerate the entrance in the production phase.
