The offer is in accordance with our latest layout No. ENG (already send to you) and your URS V1.0 dated the 18 th of October. The following information is taken into consideration: The system shall have a capacity of 1 x 500 Sticks/min (Phase 1). Product dimensions (length x width x height) are x 25 x 25 Amount of liquid will be max. 12 ml each stick Filler : 1 x Mespack Stick pack 10 lanes: Tempering with 80 ± 2 C for 2 min Cooling from 80 C down to 25 C (± 5 C) Estimated cooling time 12 min Following concept is being contemplated: The Sticks are treated as bulk Conveyor 1 elevates the sticks from the stick pack machine onto the belt of the spiral tempering system. Conveyor 3.1 is designed as a buffer for approx sticks. This enables us to buffer products from the line in case of any malfunction of the downstream equipment, without stopping stick pack and tempering system. Conveyor 3.2 is used as a pre-buffer. It leads the sticks from the buffer 3.1 onto the belt of the spiral cooling system. In case of buffering process it holds the overflow coming from 3.1. We wish to make the following offer: Conveying / Tempering / Cooling system for Stick packs consisting of: Pos. 1 1 Modular Belt Conveyor, elevating from floor level up to a height of approx mm long equipped with a modular plastic belt, 250 mm wide, Intralox Series 800 with flights of approx. 80 mm height, frame in stainless steel execution, incl. supports and guide rails as well as a gear unit, shaft mounted execution, manufactured by SEW, 230/400 V, 50 Hz, protective system IP 55,

The design of the conveyor allows an elongation in order to integrate a second Mespack in Phase 2. In order to minimize loss of the filling temperature, the conveyor is covered with a top cover made of Makrolon. POS. 5 1 Control System for Conveyor/Cooler System, PLC Type Simatic S7-314C The control of the installation will be realized by means of an touch panel (MP ). On this 3.5 graphic panel all failures are indicated. Furthermore the operating panel is executed with 12 changing and 14 fixed control keys. System settings may be done by means of this panel by using a password. The temperatures of air-inlet and air-outlet as well as the system s temperature will be indicated continuously. The adjustment of the conveyor speed will be realized by means of frequency converters, type Movitrac. The leading value will be given by the PLC.
