8 To be supplied by the Client / Refinery: For white product tanks Gas Oil, Light Cycle Oil, Naphta (or any other adequate middle distillate); Flashpoint >60 o C, pour point <10 o C and benzene content < 5 mg/kg. Client will transport it from the LCO tank to the tank to be washed by adequate trucks or vacuum gullies For crude oil tanks Light Crude Oil Flashpoint >60 o C, pour point < 5 o C, APIº >35, BSW < 1% (estimated 1 part of sludge for 1 part of crude oil => 12,000 m³ of sludge / 12,000 m³ of crude oil) Gas Oil, Light Cycle Oil, Flashpoint >60 o C, pour point <10 o C and benzene content < 5 mg/kg. The Client will take care of works of reinforcement of the roof if its stability on its legs may appear hazardous to men entering inside the tank after automated washing For crude oil tanks only: The client will hand-over the tank with the floating roof well free of hydrocarbons, water, sediments and in 9

10 Final residues / wastes take over good condition to place our equipment For crude oil tanks only: The client will confirm any tank to be cleaned is in balanced level, the lowest bottom emptying device of the tank as in operational order and accessible for the tank cleaning equipment and thus, a proper emptying is given.
