Using rivets can lead to metal fatigue, finish material breakdowns and leakage. Extended road vibration can cause havoc with sectional roof designs and cause rivets and screws to become loose and wear out material. Heavy Duty Design Saying you re tough is one thing but backing it up is another. From the all season Good Year tires and aluminum rims to the one piece roof cove, the Royal is designed from the ground up for heavy duty work. Solid from the start. The entire Royal frame is constructed with HSS tubing for superior strength and performance. The frame is beefed up with wall 16 o/c for increased stability and structural integrity. The unexposed areas of the frame receive an acid wash and then a full primer coating to prevent rusting which can extend the life of the trailer dramatically. Tough inside and out. The 3/8 select grade plywood interior walls can take a beating and the 3/4 quad bead HDPE (High Density Poly Ethylene) flooring resists chemical spills, moisture and mold and general wear and tear. Heavy gauge checker plate and HD undercoating adds increased protection and increases the Royal s longevity and resale value. The Royal is capped off with a unique one piece aluminum seamless roof cove, that provides a leak free smooth exterior finish. It s all in the details. The Royal is constructed with Heavy Duty door hold backs and galvanized zinc coated hinges. The 12 volt wiring system is fully enclosed to prevent chaffing and exposure damage.
