The Dymax Rail Rider easily attaches to the majority of backhoe loaders in 8-12 hours. Dymax Rail Riders eliminate the need for high-cost rail adaptation systems. Dymax Rail Riders reduce tire wear because the rear tires stay positioned on the rail when the 4-wheel dolly is attached. No more accidental damage to tires when backing. 6 DYMAX WORK TOOLS RAIL RIDER SC The Dymax Rail Rider SC (Self-Contained), formerly called the T-Railer, is the world s most versatile low bed equipment transporter for use in railway applications. It features high rail gear built into the work platform, allowing the machine to move on rail at speeds up to 18 miles per hour. Dymax Rail Rider SC machines have been used for maintenance jobs and disaster recovery jobs throughout North America. You can move the Rail Rider SC like a conventional trailer, or low-boy from the job site and then quickly load to the rail tracks in less than 15 minutes. Excavators can also work from the platform with the unique stabilizer system built into the Rail Rider SC. These self-contained machines can be custom built to suit your specific railway application requirements. All Dymax Rail Rider SC machines are powered by an independent hydrostatic drive, operated with remote control technology. Operators can work outside of the machine cab or from within the cab. Each Rail Rider SC features air brakes, safety lights, tie down locations, lighting packages, camera systems, and a toolbox. The Rail Rider SC is the workhorse of the rails. All Dymax Rail 360 systems require a secondary circuit with medium pressure lines. SpoilMaster This system TM needs to be operated in both directions forward/reverse. Efficiently manages spoil piles, keeping Dymax Rail provides an electro-hydraulic diverter valve on every 360 model. A basic wiring kit is provided and requires a power cable material away from the drive sprocket. to be routed to the stick from a switch in the cab. 10 DYMAX WORK TOOLS SPOILMASTER TM FOR BALLAST BLASTER The Spoilmaster can be added to the Dymax Rail 10 foot, 12 foot, and 15 foot Ballast Blasters. Spoilmaster requires an additional hydraulic circuit with case drain, which requires minimal oil flow and pressure. Spoilmaster does not require high cost adaptive hydraulic power units to be added to the machine, and works with standard excavator hydraulics. It can easily be removed from the Ballast Blaster when not required. Spoilmaster is smarter, more efficient, and delivers excellent performance. It s spoil management simplified. 12 DYMAX WORK TOOLS TIE HANDLERS FOR BACKHOE LOADERS AND EXCAVATORS Dymax Rail Tie Handlers, or tie grapplers, are both tie inserters and tie extractors, and can change wood and concrete ties in minutes flat, and can be used with backhoe loaders and excavators. Quickly change 20 to 50 ties per hour, and in some cases more, depending on the machine and operator performance. Dymax Rail Tie Handlers are built for years of productive use and service, and improve efficiency in tie changeouts. Each model features 360 degrees of hydraulic gear driven rotation powered through an individual motor. Models for rotational tilt couplers are also available. Each trailer features air brakes, a lighting package, standard tie down locations, lifting points and recessed stake pockets on the outside frame. In the early days it was as simple as repairing wagons, shoeing horses and performing simple blacksmithing tasks in and around the small community of Wamego, Kansas. The Dymax low-railer received significant design updates and was renamed the T-Railer in Soon after customers began calling upon Dymax to design better cribbing buckets and thumbs for backhoe loaders and tie handlers for excavator machines. In 2002 Dymax developed the Excavator Tie Handler for one of North America s largest railroads.
