LIMITED WARRANTY All SECURITY MANUFACTURING CORPORATION (SMC) products are guaranteed in material and workmanship for a period of five (5) years.

17 LIMITED WARRANTY All SECURITY MANUFACTURING CORPORATION (SMC) products are guaranteed in material and workmanship for a period of five (5) years. SMC's obligations under this warranty are expressly limited to repair or replacement of any unit or component part which in SMC's judgement meets this warranty. All products must be returned to SMC at the customer's expense with prior authorization from SMC. SMC's obligation shall in no event include damage resulting from transportation, neglect or misuse or for any consequential damage. Normal wear and tear or slight color change are not covered by this warranty. Products not manufactured by SMC carry their own manufacturer warranty. Locks are under warranty for one year. SMC reserves the right to modify product specifications without notice.
