Falcon offer a standard 3 year warranty ll Falcon appliances are covered by full 36 months parts and labour warranty. ndi-o warrants that if any part in the Domestic Product fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship during the 3 year warranty (36 month) period commencing from the date of invoice to the ustomer, ndi-o will provide free of charge, all labour and related service costs to replace the defective part. Three (3) year warranty is valid on the condition that Falcon appliances are installed in full accordance with the manufacturers installation instructions and in a tradesman-like manner, otherwise guarantee will be void. ll Falcon cooking appliances must be installed by a qualified electrician or plumber where applicable.
