5 Frequently Asked Questions Q. Do I need to buy new tires to have Ride-On Installed? Is Ride-On a special tire? A. No. Ride-On can be installed in any tire, new or used to convert it into a self-sealing and self-balancing tire. Q. How often do I have to retreat my tires? A. One treatment of Ride-On lasts the legal life of the tire or five years from the date of installation. Q. Will Ride-On harm my tires, wheels, or void my tire warranty? A. No. Ride-On is inert and does not affect your tires, wheels or most tire warranties. Q. Will it affect my tire pressure monitors (TPMS)? A. No. Ride-On is TPMS friendly**. Q. Does it mean that I will never get any flat tires because I have Ride-On? A.
