3 Windscreen MS Adhesives WETOR 610 MS adhesive for vehicle windscreens Does not need primers or activators. MS technology isocyanate free. Tested by TÜV SÜD according to the FMVSS212 norms. Fast drying: 1 hour in vehicles with 2 airbags. Wetor 610 is a one-component MS polymer for windscreen bonding, humidity curing, with great adhesion, without primer or activator. Its high initial fixation capacity eliminates the need for windscreen holding straps so it does not slide down. Characteristics: No solvents, isocyanates or PVC. Excellent anti-aging capacity and UV resistance. Good adhesion, with no need for primers or activators. Always elastic from -40º C to +120º C. May be applied at as low as 5º C, with no need for pre-heating. Neutral and odourless. Compatible with most paints and clear coats. May be painted over, after the surface film formation (wet on wet), without influencing the drying time. Fast curing vehicles with two airbags may drive away 1 hour after the windscreen application. 8 Polycarbonate Headlight Repair WETOR 2300 Professional headlight restorer Practical and innovative system for the renewal of burnt or discoloured plastic headlights, due to the effects of UV rays. With this kit you can restore headlights to their original state, regaining a greater visibility and avoiding any problems at Vehicle Inspections. This equipment may be used anywhere. Throughly shake the WETOR Pre-treatment Cleaner container. Saturate the towel with the product and begin cleaning the entire lens with a circular motion. If necessary, continue cleaning, changing the towel surface and adding more WETOR Pre-treatment Cleaner. Step 2: Sanding Before sanding, protect the surface around the headlight to avoid damages. Option 1: If using a drill adapter, the drill should have variable speed and not go over 1500 rpm. Option 2: If using a hydraulic equipment, the sanding movement should be orbital. Install the velcro interface in the drill adapter and start sanding with paper P320, then with P500 and then with P800. If the lens does not present a lot of damage start sanding directly with the P500 sanding paper. Afterwards, use a P1000 foam sanding disc with a bit of water and finally a P3000 foam sanding disk to finish the cutting process. Step 3: Polishing Place the orange polishing foam pad with the adapter on the pneumatic polishing machine and apply the WETOR Polisher in the foam pad. Polish the surface of the lens until all defects are erased. During this process frequently shake the WETOR container. Step 4: Shine Restorer Clean the surface of the lens with WETOR Pre-treatment Cleaner. Select an application cloth included in the kit and fold it in quarters. Apply a liberal amount of WETOR Shine Restorer to the cloth and smooth it across the plastic lens surface in linear movements in a single direction, being sure to avoid runs and bubbling. Do not continue to smooth it on until the product is dry. Simply apply while wet, stand back and let dry (+/- 3 to 4 minutes). Multiple coats of WETOR Shine Restorer are recommended to increase the shine and protection properties. The lens surface must be dry to the touch prior to each application of additional coats. NOTE: It is important to complete this step without direct solar sunlight. If the temperature is under 15ºC, it is necessary to turn on the headlights until they become warm. Watch video - 6 -
