1 Troubleshooting Manual Models: Playa Journey, Desert, Voyager, stealth. PLEASE DO NOT TRY TO FIX THE BIKE BEFORE READING THIS MANUAL. Attention: 1.Please make sure battery is fully charged before troubleshooting issues. (If it s not fully charged, take the key out of the battery and connect charger into the charging port. Make sure a red light is showing on the charger, disconnect the charger after the light has turned green. 2. When connecting the main sleeve cables please make sure the connection plugs are in the right position (look for arrow mark on each side of the plug). Be extra careful when re connecting, as the pins are very sensitive. There are two kinds of system failure, which can cause troubles, Find yours and follow the exact steps. 1. Bike doesn t turn on: First, we would like to check all the connections on the main cable to see if all the cables are in connected remember electric has to be in close circle/circuit to work. Open the Joulvert sleeve, which is located in front of the handle bar, and see if there is any disconnected cable/wire. If you see any disconnected cable DO NOT re-connect until you turn-off the bike completely by removing the battery from the bike.

2 Connect the cables by the following details: a. The cables has to be at both sides in the same color b. When connecting, check the direction of the cable (little arrow on each side)- pic bellow, please do not twist, rip or force the cable in it will break the pins. c. Check the cables are not turned around the handle bar (360). d. Check if the battery seats properly in its place. Turn the ignition key to ON mode and turn on the display.

3 1.2 Bike still do not turn on. TAKE THE BATTERY OUT FROM THR BIKE, and open the controller box. Make sure the connection in the interior box are dry, and clean any dirt, dust, sand and rust using DRY paper towel. (DO NOT USE WATER OR ANY MOIST TOWEL)

4 Please follow the next steps. a. Disconnect and clean main battery discharge connection (bottom of battery). b. Disconnect and clean main cable connector, black connector with 10 pins inside. c. Disconnect and clean all the other cables coming out from the controller.

5 d. Disconnect all other connections on the main cable (handle bar), apart for the display cable. e. Connect only the cables at sections a. and b. f. Connect the battery and turn on the bike. If the problem solved, turn off the bike, connect the other cables carefully (check arrows), check for motor power, close the box and ride safe :) If there isn t motor power proceed to the next section 2. The display is on, but the bike wont drive: Repeat all steps from section

6 2.1. For model playa journey. (LED display.) A. Check all the connections on the main cable check each one is connected properly (check arrows) and secure. B. Check connections to the motor make sure its tit and its not ripped or damaged in each step.

7 C. Disconnect the electric brakes on the main cable and check for power. D. If the problem solved, turn off the bike, connect the other cables carefully (check arrows), check for motor power, close the sleeve and ride safe :). Incase it do not work please contact us for assistant at

8 2.2 For models playa Desert, Voyager, Stealth (LCD display) (Pic No. 14). a. Repeat all steps from section 2.1. b. Check for any addition draw or light on the display, as the following items:

9 If one of the fault signs is turn-on, please proceed by the following orders: 1. Brake fault disconnect the e-brake cables (pink color, 2 pins, coming out from the brake handle the main cable, one of each handle.) (Pic No. 6) Make sure brake lever is not slightly pressed, as it will cut motor power. Throttle fault disconnect throttle cable (yellow color, 3 pins, coming out from the throttle from the handle bar.), please try to activate the bike using pedal assist. (Pic No. 7)

10 Motor fault check motor cable, make sure its connected properly and not ripped or damaged in each side of the connector. (motor cable is the black cable coming out from the rear hub wheel, the connection 10 from the hub, make sure the arrows are in the right place when reconnecting.) (Pic No. 8/9)

11 Controller fault ECU Take the battery out and open the controller box, dry the connections and the interior box. Clean any dirt and rust using only dry paper towel. Check again for power. Wheel rim problem - contact us immediately Pedal assist issue- Disconnect pedal assist cable from the controller. Restart the bike and see if its working. Pedal assist wont work- Clean pedal assist sensor, it is a small red/black sensor located behind the crank-set.
