C.3 POWER TRANSMISSION (GEARBOX/DIFFERENTIATE LOCK) C.3.1 The ramp angle of the differential lock is 32 ± 17 (pull) and 45 ± 17 (push). The ramp angles are determined from the axis of rotation (Attachment 5). This results in a locking ratio of 37/52 % in conjunction with the locking plates. The minimum locking torque of the differential lock is achieved when the torque, as measured at the wheel nut with blocked meshing gear, stands at 60 Nm. At no point during the racing event may the torque fall below this minimum level. C.4 BRAKES PADS 5

6 C.4.1 The P50 brake pad, which is specifically stipulated by Porsche AG for the series of races, is compulsory for races. C.5 STEERING (STEERING WHEEL / HUB EXTENSION) C.5.1 C.5.2 C.5.3 C.5.4 The position of the steering wheel on the front axle control arm is determined by distance washers of 3 mm. Only the standard installed OMP steering wheel is permitted. Differing OMP hub extensions may be used. The standard steering column adjustment may be used. The adjustment facility in length and height which is available as standard may be used. Any alteration must be permitted by the China GT or Porsche Motorsport Asia Pacific (PMAP) Technical Scrutineer. C.6 SUSPENSION C.6.1 Suspension adjustments may only be changed within the limits of the existing adjustment range. All original parts must be retained. Additionally, the screw positions of the trailing arms at the wishbone bearing points may not be modified (see Attachment 6). The wheel base on the left driver s side and the right vehicle side must be 2353 mm + / - 5 mm. The measuring points are the centered boreholes at the respective central screw. C.6.3 The height of the bearing point toe rod - wheel carrier at the front and rear axle is defined by different shims (refer to Attachment 7). Part numbers: distance washer 2 mm A distance washer 4 mm B C.7 ANTI-ROLL BARS C.7.1 The anti-roll bars are only allowed to be unhooked provided that no parts are removed in the process. Only the setting options for which the technical specifications have been provided may be used. 6

7 C.8 SHOCK ABSORBERS / SPRINGS C.8.1 Only the factory-installed ZF Sachs shock absorbers and H&R chassis springs in their original conditions may be used.
