Key features: elevating door: extremely supple operation boasting optimal, uniform sealing with the patented softclose elevating door system cleaning: the glass is very easy to clean as it has an ingenious door tilting system ease of use: easily regulable combustion with a single sliding motion high efficiency: in excess of 80% in practically all models including a convection chamber and optional black chamotte interior environment: ecologically sound burning by means of an innovative combustion technique closed combustion: fire positioning possible in any living space due to connection to extra air supply Fantastic fire positioning guaranteed to meet your every need! RLA (Non-room air sealed operation) This fires are always provided with connection for the external combustion air intake, which can be used if required. They are not certified for room air sealed operation (Sealed air intake, exhaust pipe, door). RLU (Room air sealed operation) These fires are certified by the DIBt for room air sealed operation. Sealed air intake, exhaust pipe and special door closure. 12 Accessories for easy installation DRU supplies a range of accessories to guarantee easy installation of your Spartherm fire. Lintel A (stone) wall directly above the fire may not be supported by the fire itself, so DRU can supply lintels to support the wall instead. There is a lintel for nearly every Spartherm fire that fits the model in question perfectly. Using lintels not only speeds up but also simplifies installation of your fire. Lintel models: Front fires 2-sided fires 3-sided fires Clamping system (optional with lintels) A clamping system can be used to further support the weight of a brick wall above a fire. This comprises two drawbars and a clamping lock that together ensure the wall above the fire stays in place and doesn t tilt over. Supporting frames In some cases a fire is built-in lower than usual. This is also referred to as a half-height installation. For this DRU supplies supporting frames that facilitate quick installation. Once the supporting frame is in place the fire is put into position and the surrounding space is finished off. With a number of Spartherm fires supporting frames are available that match the specific dimensions of the fire. 12
