ORDER CONFIRMATION The buyer must check the order confirmation. Check the quantity, product type, dimensions, price, etc. Please notify TROX Auranor im mediately if the order and the order confirmation differ. CANCELLATIONS Orders for which the production process has commenced must be paid in full. Standard product will be subject to a cancellation fee of 70 %. Return criteria: The product is less than 3 months old The product has not been installed or used. Specialist or non-standard products cannot be returned. The products must be returned undamaged and securely packaged. The numbers of parcels must be defined. 3.
