4 4. Loosely install the right rear bracket to the engine under guard using one 10 x 30 mm bolt, one 8 x 30 mm bolt, one washer, one 8 mm spring washer, one washer, and one spring washer. RIGHT REAR BRACKET 10 x 30 mm 8 x 30 mm BT 5. Align the orientation of four mounts with the ribs. Parallel. 4 MOUNTS Parallel. RIBS A60801AJ 6. Position the engine under guard to the vehicle as shown AT 4 / 7

5 7. Loosely install the engine under guard using left rear plate, one 10 x 75 mm bolt, one washer, and one spring washer. LEFT REAR PLATE ENGINE UNDER 10 x 75 mm DT 8. Loosely install the engine under guard using left front plate, two collars, one front hook, one 12 x 45 mm bolt, one 8 x 40 mm bolt, one 12 mm washer, one 12 mm spring washer, one washer, and one spring washer. Loosely install the engine under guard using right front plate, two collars, one front hook, one 12 x 45 mm bolt, one 8 x 40 mm bolt, one 12 mm washer, one 12 mm spring washer, one 8 mm washer, and one spring washer. 2 COLLARS ENGINE UNDER 8 x 40 mm RIGHT PLATE COLLARS 12 mm 12 mm 12 x 45 mm CT 10. 7 11. Tighten the bolts in the order shown. Bolt, 8 x 30 mm Torque: 22 N m (2.2 kgf m, 16 lbf ft) Bolts, 8 x 40 mm Torque: 22 N m (2.2 kgf m, 16 lbf ft) Bolt, 10 x 30 mm Torque: 43 N m (4.3 kgf m, 32 lbf ft) Bolt, 10 x 75 mm Torque: 43 N m (4.3 kgf m, 32 lbf ft) Bolts, 12 x 45 mm Torque: 75 N m (7.6 kgf m, 55 lbf ft) x 45 mm 8 x 40 mm 12 x 45 mm 8 x 40 mm 4 10 x 30 mm 4 8 x 30 mm 1 10 x 75 mm AT Use and Care CAUTION After about 1,000 km (620 miles) of use or when the lower surface of vehicle has contact, check the installing condition, and then retighten bolts to the specified torque. Maintenance work must be done with removing the engine under guard. Repeat same steps to reinstall the engine under guard. 7 / 7
