6 Easier mounting with pump support Quick Fix Vario direct C-profile mounting The fixation system Quick Fix Vario developed and patented by KOLLER has considerably simplified the attachment of Whirlpool pumps - because it simultaneously ensures RAPID assembly (QUICK) stable and SECURE attachment (FIX) and VARIABLE adaptation of the system (VARIO) based on individual (space) requirements cost saving through less assembling auxiliaries Intelligent integrated features: Quick Fix Vario offers a multitude of functions directly attaching of the pump to the C-profile of the tub frame easy mounting without any tools Quick Fix Vario replaces the mounting plate as well as the feet available in 5 different heights from 100 to 140 mm sound-damping effect - as there is no mechanical contact of metal parts fulfills an important buffer function of vibration damping with the engine running SO EASY and QUICK the pump mounting works with Quick Fix Vario : At the bottom of the pump there is a C-profile, which is required for the pump mounting. A Push the square washer (labelled LEFT ) of the Quick Fix Vario into the C-profile of the pump. B Screw on the Quick Fix Vario in the middle of the C-profile only slightly by turning clockwise. C D Finally, slide the lower square washer into the C-profile of the tub frame. By again turning clockwise, the Quick Fix Vario pulls up and down evenly. Now align the pump according to any spatial requirements and ultimately fix by turning clockwise the pump base. Done! 6
