SERVICES CNC Lasercutting CNC Bending Fabrication Symetrix operates a 1.2 Kw extremely flexible machine which is designed to meet the unique needs of the metal processing industry. Laser cutting is cost effective whether you are cutting through thick or thin materials in batches of 1 or 1,000,000. Our CNC Press Brake department is synonymous with flexible, efficient and effective part bending. We hold a large library of tooling suited for a wide range of folds including heavy gauge and fine limit bending. Our CNC press brake has a 150 tonne capacity and 3.000m length bed allowing us to bend materials accurately and repeatedly beyond 6mm in thickness pending the bend length. Symetrix uses MIG and TIG welding. With multiple welding bays staffed by highly qualified Arc and MIG welders, Symetrix offers welding of more intricate products. 28
