We are very excited to bring this company to Jackson, MN, under our 166,000 square foot facility. This will ensure our customers that a new level of customer satisfaction and quality that HitchDoc is known for. American Manufacturing products will be fabricated on state-of-the-art equipment and powder-coated on our new, industry-best paint line. 6 Eagle Plow Blades Eagle Plows Blades were first designed for 3-wheelers in the early 1990 s, now in 2017, HitchDoc has taken the time to refresh and improve an already great product. Blades are still designed and manufactured in Minnesota, USA, by the snow experts but are now made with American steel for maximum strength and durability. Starting with 11 gauge steel, and finished with a long-lasting, durable, powder-coat finish to complete the newly improved Eagle Plow Blades. These blades have proven to be reliable while being easy to adjust or maneuver around any object in your path. Look forward to using you ATV or year-round and make snow plowing an adventure! 8 The Original Eagle Plow System The Original Eagle Plow System has years of in-the-field engineering and is now backed with HitchDoc s dedication to quality and service. This mid-mount system is made in Minnesota, USA, by the snow experts with American-made steel. Once each mount, push tube and swivel is manufactured, they are sent for a Jet Black powder-coat finish that will withstand the harsh, winter elements. The Original Eagle Plow system mounts to the belly of your ATV and offers an initial install without any drilling. Winch or Hand Lift kits are needed to lift the blade. In the years to come, HitchDoc and American Manufacturing will be hand-fitting mounts for the Original Eagle Plow System to new makes and models. The two plate system is composed of a model specific mount, universal push tube mount, swivel system and pairs with any Eagle Plow Blade. 9 Gen. II ATV Plow System With the Original Eagle Plow System fitting the needs of some powersports enthusiasts, the Gen. II Plow System is designed for those who want an install with front access. This system mounts to the front of your ATV frame with a Model Specific Mount that is composed of both machine and push tube mounts. All together, this system has four major components; the Model Specific Front Mount, Gen. II Push Tubes, Eagle Swivel System and the Eagle Plow Blade of preference. The blade can only be lifted using a winch. The Gen. II Plow System is manufactured in Minnesota, USA, from American steel and each piece of the system is powder-coated in Jet Black for a long lasting finish. Each year, the HitchDoc and American Manufacturing team will design this system for new machine models with accuracy and for system effectiveness. Eagle Motion Pac by KYB Hydraulically control your plow position from the seat of your with the Eagle Motion Pac by KYB. Powered by a single, 3 /4 chrome hydraulic shaft, Eagle Plow Blades can move snow exactly where you want it! These kits are manufactured and assembled for front mount plow systems. Different lengths are available for machines with tires and tracks. Kits are sold as complete units and include the required push tube, wiring harness, hydraulic cylinder and swivel system. Know that no drilling is required but some assembly will be needed to get your machine ready to roll. Main components of this kit are made in the USA from American materials with a powder-coat, Jet Black finish. How much lift height is variable from machine to machine but has an easyto-set float position with the bumper strap.
