13 Alternative to Deployers & Dispensers Vector is developing a new class of small satellite deployers, 1U to 12U (patent pending) The design of our deployer pre-loads the cubesat on to the deployer, to prevent rattling like what is found in the PPOD and other traditional deployers Super lightweight allowing more mass to orbit on small launch vehicles Allows excursions from fixed dimensions supporting oversized antennas, mechanisms, solar arrays, etc. Facilitates new spacecraft shapes 13

14 Rideshare Strategy by Vehicle Providing dedicated launch services for SmallSats has the potential to instill different behaviors within the market relative to rideshare: Vector-R Vector-H Most commercial and USG customers may completely fill the available mass to orbit or otherwise decline to make it available to externals Some commercial and USG customers may be interested in making mass to orbital available especially to defray costs

15 USG Rideshare Strategy Our expectation is that typical USG customers will want to own the total mass to orbit. Most USG customers have multiple payloads and spacecraft ready to be manifested Each contract will dictate the approach When USG customers are willing to release mass for external rideshare: Aggregators are likely the mechanism to facilitate the added payloads under 2 use cases: 1. Under contract to Vector 2. As a service direct to the USG customer Vector will facilitate each USG customer s desire

16 Commercial Customer Rideshare Strategy Expectation is that opportunities on commercial launch services will be case-by-case 2 major groups: 1. Constellation Replenishment: These service agreements may preclude or embrace rideshare depending on the customer 2. All the rest: Individual agreement will address rideshare approach. Vector will address each commercial customer s approach to rideshare
