PVC and Polyurethane PU are manufactured using mechanical and robotic systems, together with Thermosealing technology, a highly cost-effective industrial process that ensures consistent quality. The Neoprene Hypalon manufacture process uses the traditional manual cold gluing method. Thermosealing is the industrial process for assembling the different parts of the air tube using a simultaneous double seal process rolled at high pressure, with double band inner/outer joins that make the seams stronger that the materials that are used.
