5 Table Tops All of our tables are CNC routed from ¾ and 1 HDPE color core plastic. The tables are engraved for precise alignment and dead center placement. Aluminum Support Table... $ This is the support table for the 600 and 800 series table tops 800 series tables smaller then 12 x 12 will require a smaller 4 x 8 aluminum support table You must have at least one aluminum table to operate the press. Table tops can be changed on the aluminum tables by removing the four mounting screws Each aluminum table comes with a 6 T-slide and hand nut for quick change out Having one aluminum table per table top will drastically decrease the change out time rather than removing and replacing the mounting screws and adjusting the table alignment 9. Backing Clip Kit.... $22.00 Two spring stainless steel clips mounted on the table tops to hold your backing in place while hooping 10. Shirt Board Form..... $ The SBF works only with the 800 series table tops The SBF allows positioning of the neck and shoulders with left, right, and center chest hoop placement for framing sweatshirt and t-shirts The SBF is mounted in between the aluminum support table and the table top using longer screws. The operator should use the corresponding slots in the SBF for the required placement Flip the SBF for left to right hooping

6 Cylinder Arms All of our cylinder arms are CNC machined from ¾ Billet Aluminum. The cylinder arms are engraved for precise alignment and dead center placement. Frame Press Internal Spring.. $8.50 This is the internal return spring inside the hood of the Frame Press If your bridge head does not completely return to the up position, it is possible that the spring is collapsed or broken and in need of replacement To replace the spring remove the 6 screws from the hood (three on each side) Then remove the two screws from the spring cap located at the top of the main frame assembly Remove the broken or collapsed spring checking to make sure there are no broken pieces in the cap or on top of the main shaft in the frame assembly Insert spring in the spring cap and reassemble the cap and hood The spring cap will have to be compressed down in order for the screws to align for reassembly If a clunking sound is heard when the petal is pushed down while hooping then you will need to raise the support arm up one notch at a time until the clunk is no longer heard. This will keep the spring from prematurely breaking or collapsing from over compression 47. Frame Press Wrench... $29.95 Frame Press wrenches made to fit the bridge head jam nut and the hand nuts. This wrench should be used to snug the jam nut to the head, do not over tighten the jam nut or hand nuts with the wrench. This could lead to stripping the threads. 48. Low Restriction Arm....$ The low restriction arm is usually only used if requested If you will be using only the smaller hoops the low restriction arm can be used It will NOT work with the larger hoops it is required to have a standard arm on your press to use the larger hoops The low restriction arms have 3 inches more clearance under the cylinder arm for customers that require the clearance. (Ex. hooping bags with small tight pockets) 59. In the event of non-payment or default on this or any future invoice for our equipment, P & F Equipment Co., Inc. shall retain a security interest and title in all equipment and accessories listed on the invoice until all amounts owed to P & F Equipment Co., Inc. are paid in full.
