6 Gussasphalt light-weight cooker We feel glad to present you our new developed light-weight cooker. It has a modified stirrer, that means instead of standard stirrer there is a stirring unit with a new developed stirring geometry. Abrasion in vessel wall and vessel bottom is reduced nearly down to only a half by means of changed stirrer unit and mixing result is improved as well. Additionally, we use wear resistant vessel plates as well as a light-weight engine frame and an aluminium cladding in anodised design for light-weight cooker. The great advantage of this cooker is the considerable higher loading weight (approx. 850 kg more). Basic weight trailer: 6 to Basic weight truck: 12 to payload: 22 to

As wheel cover you can choose between steel or against additional charge aluminium mudguards. Rear mudguards are lifted for operation with side-strip finisher. Additionally they are equipped with rear lights. A depot for buckets is mounted between rear mudguards. Optionally we can manufacture a lateral underride protection, too. All parts are de-rusted, primed and coated with black colour. Operating license is effected by German Technical Inspection Agency according to German road traffic law as work machine. Optionally you can receive a lateral underride protection. In compressed-air system there is an additional release valve for front axis. By means of this valve, drawbar can be moved while coupling, but rear axis stays braked. Naturally semitrailer has a depot for buckets, too. Operating license is effected by German Technical Inspection Agency according to German road traffic law as work machine.
