6 Quality of light The colour rendering and the colour temperature are the two most critical factors when it comes to the perceived quality of light. The LED technology allows us to customize the experience by pinpointing the colours we want to highlight and to enhance the visual impact of subtle things as the surface structure of the objects of interest. 6

Colour rendering Index (CRI) over 80 or if you prefer 90 are available, the reason for having LED:s with CRI 80 is that they deliver 15-20% more light than LED:s with CRI over 90. Our standard colour temperatures are 2700K, 3000K and 4000K. 8 The Reflector The quality of the reflector is a crucial part of the fixture as you always want as much light as possible to come out of the fixture, you want to minimize the loss. Lystra is selective in the choice of the reflectors in order to ensure the best possible efficiency in lumen output for each specific spotlight. Furthermore all our spotlights are equipped with a black anti glare ring to avoid direct glare from the reflector, as a vital part of the design from the very beginning. Explore on the following page the light distribution visualized as a cone diagram, where you can read the lux level and the spread on a 1 to 4 meter distance. 10 The Driver The Driver converts input AC power to low voltage DC power and produces a constant current to drive the LED module. The quality of the driver is crucial for the light experience, the life time and the efficiency of the LED chip. Lystra is using PRO drivers for on/off systems and SMART drivers for dimmable and addressable solutions. All our SMART drivers use Amplitude dimming (AM) to guarantee the most smooth and flicker-free operation over the entire dimming range. 10

11 There is a general discussion in the business of LED lights concerning flicker. At Lystra we always ensure to use flicker free drivers, <4%. We know the importance of this as it directly effects the wellbeing of the human being. Furthermore, it also assures cameras and scanners to perform as expected. Lystra Pro Lystra Smart Lystra PRO products are equipped with drivers to cope ON or OFF, on all PRO articles there is a universal adapter for 3-circuit tracks. Lystra SMART products are equipped with drivers to cope DALI this means they are addressable and dimmable. All SMART articles have a GAC-adapter for Global Pulse Trac. 11

12 Vinci Vinci is our top of the range model. Vinci has a symmetrical driver housing with two arms holding the cylindrical reflector with its integrated heat sink. Created for the most demanding environments, without compromising the design expression. The form factor is traditional yet innovative and has received the acknowledgment of a nomination at Design S, Swedish Design Award of Choose Vinci when perfection & performance are important. 12

18 Sidecar Sidecar is our most compact version of spotlights. In Sidecar we wanted to create a compact side-by-side solution, inspired by the sidecar version of a motorcycle. We optimized the size of each part and created a design that places the point of rotation on the track as central as possible to avoid a big visual imbalance on the track, allowing a number of spotlights to aesthetically work well together. Design based on real needs. 18

24 Mocca Mocca is our interpretation of an all integrated cylindrical spotlight. Inspired by the ear of a cup of coffee, this family of products is holding the integrated reflector and driver housing in one point of both rotation och swivel. The cooling is naturally passive by allowing cold air to flow from the middle of the cylinder and out in the back. By choosing Mocca you will get a uncluttered environment focusing on the essential: The simplicity of the spotlight and the effect of the light. 24

28 Studio Studio is a design classic from Lystra, a spotlight that balances the driver and the reflector housing side by side, at a characteristic slight angle. Studio offers a range of options and sizes, a personal design expression in spotlight, meeting the diverse needs of modern lighting design. Studio is a great choice where ceiling height is critical as the reflector is positioned high up in the construction of the spotlight. 28

All main body parts are made of cast aluminium, powder coated in black or white. For the reflector there are three options; Spot, Medium, Flood. 34 Easy Save Making it easy to control and to save EasySave is our own simplified but powerful solution for light control, as simple as it gets. EasySave is a ready to use electronic box which is placed directly on the track via its adapter and by doing so controlling the spotlights and other lights connected to that very track (Lights must have dimmable control drivers). The basic version of EasySave offers on/off and dimming. EasySave can be equipped with a sensor that recognises the proximity of people. By using EasySave, you spare yourself the hazard of complex programming, you save energy, money and ultimately you contribute in saving our precious planet. 34

35 A revolution, just around the corner The fact that LED:s are rather easy to dim and that the quality of the dimmed light remains good, opens new ways of using light. Why use 100% of the light when the daylight effects the space or if there is no people in the area. The EasySave product offers the user a smooth and easy way to control the light in restricted areas. The product is user friendly and the experience of controlling the light via your smartphone or tablet is a forward thinking approach to light control. The EasySave electronic box is now connected to all spotlights on the track via the signal cables in the Global Pulse trac. The only thing that you now have to do is to download the Lystra application to your smartphone or tablet and you have total control over the light connected to this track system. The basic version of EasySave enables you to control ON/OFF and also by sliding the button within the application of your smartphone you can dim the system from 100-1% The components needed to get up and running is based on standard products; the Global Pulse trac and the Smart edition of the spotlights from Lystra. The installation is made similar to a standard 3-circuit track, you install phase, neutral and earth. After installation of the track and the mounting of the spotlights you simply add the EasySave unit, which is exceptionally easy since it is equipped with an identical adapter so it s like putting up another spotlight. The sensor version of EasySave have all functions that the basic version offers but it also have an integrated sensor that register the proximity of people. EasySave is easy to install and user friendly, it is suitable for many environments such as conference rooms, display walls, aisles, showrooms, shop in shops, coffee rooms, lounges etc. 35

Lower current creates less heat, and with efficient passive cooling in our uniquely designed fixtures, this directly influences the lifetime of the track lights. Lower heat is also positive for the efficiency of the chip in real life use. Lystra is using trusted and well selected European sub suppliers and the core team of Lystra have a solid experience from many years in the lighting industry. At Lystra we take pride in challenging the norm, the art of lighting is too fascinating to make it in any other way. Including a full 7 years warranty as standard. This is how confident we are in our products and our experience, we call it The Lystra Way. Warranty Policy This warranty policy is set out of the Lystra Ljus AB and is applicable to all Lystra branded professional luminaries purchased within Europe from 1:st of July Warrant Period Purchaser receives a warranty of 7 (seven) years for all Lystra products. Special Conditions The warranty period starts from the date of the invoice. This warranty policy is only valid when products are properly installed and operated in application conditions as specified in the installation instructions. Additional Conditions Lystra warranty flows exclusively via the purchaser. If a product covered by this warranty is failing, the purchaser should contact Lystra and together we work out how to best make a possible transaction.
