Fabric is warranted for one (1) year from deterioration due to defects. Leather is not warranted against routine scratching and scuffing as leather is subject to minor blemishing while in use. Warranties apply to the original purchaser only for normal commercial use, meaning by persons weighing 250 lbs or less and working a standard 40-hour week. When product is used more than 40 hours per week, a limited (5) year warranty applies to all parts, subject to the same exclusions noted above.
