1 Limited Warranty True Innovations seating products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship while owned by the Original Purchaser. The term Original Purchaser is defined as that party or entity which purchases True Innovations furniture from an authorized True Innovations retailer as shown by the original sales receipt. This warranty does not apply to as is or previously owned seating products. True Innovations warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship (normal wear and tear, fading and stretching excepted), for one year from the date of purchase, except as provided below under the limited warranty. Black Puresoft Task Chair ssembly Instructions The exceptions or exclusions to this warranty are as follows: 1. ny warranty claim that is submitted after the limited warranty period, or without proper proof of purchase will not include the cost of parts, labor, or delivery. 2. This warranty shall not apply to the True Innovations products which have been subjected to misuse, neglect, alteration, modification, or attachments, either caused by the original purchaser, shipping, storage, accident, fire, flood, or acts of God. In the event of a defect in material or workmanship covered by this warranty, True Innovations will repair or replace, at their discretion, without charge the warranted furniture within a reasonable amount of time. We reserve the right to require damaged parts to be returned to us upon request. Natural markings such as scars, brands, grain variations, wrinkles, color variations, etc. will be considered normal characteristics and not construed as defects. We cannot warrant leather against scratching or scuffing, as all leather is subject to blemishes with use. Reach under the right side of the chair and locate the handle and raise yourself up slightly to allow the chair to reach your desired height. To Lower the Seat: Remain seated and lift the handle upwards until the chair lowers to your desired height. To Operate Tilt Lockout Tilt lockout locks the chair in the upright position only. Pulling the handle all the way out allows the chair to tilt. Pushing the handle in locks the chair in the fully upright position. Tilt Tension djustment Grasp the round cylinder knob under the front center of the seat. For firmer/stiffer--turn counter clockwise. For softer/looser--turn clockwise. rm Height djustment Press the button to adjust the arm height. To raise the arm height--press the button and move it up. 5 R L Step 4 While keeping the seat cushion on a protected surface, align back cushion (7) with seat cushion () by positioning back support plate over the seat plate. Please line up the seam on back cushion with that on seat cushion, then tighten the screws. 6 + Step 1 3 Step 3 ssembly Instructions While keeping the seat cushion on a protected surface, assemble the arms as shown below, making sure to assemble the arms in the correct position. diagram of the chair with arms already assembled is provided, below as an example. Tighten the screws. NOTE: The arms are marked with "RED" labels that indicate "R" for right arm and "L" for left arm C - C Step 2 Place the seat cushion () on a protected surface to avoid scratching components when assembling. lign the seat plate so the of the seat plate matches the label on the bottom of the seat cushion that says.
