BACKGROUND Cohaesio a part of Sentia Denmark have since 2002 provided the hosting and operations of FOA s website which is built on Sitecore. The operational responsibility of FOA s web solution for unemployment fund is been placed here since 2011.

3 We wanted to gather our member-facing operations along with the resources members can access to via our website at Cohaesio a part of Sentia Denmark as the single provider. Something, which we have had success with. It s good when everything is stable. Christian Olsen IT Arkitekt Operational partner through 15 years The collaboration between FOA and Cohaesio a part of Sentia Denmark dates back 15 years where the operational responsibility of FOA.dk was assigned. The website serves all of FOA s members who use it for crucial information search. Since 2011, Cohaesio a part of Sentia Denmark have had the operational responsibility of FOA s unemployment fund solution. The purpose of the solution was to increase the self-service among members while providing services and managing cases in a more easier and faster way. In IT, FOA wanted to consolidate the number of hosting providers regarding the operational side of their member-targeted solutions. After tender FOA chose Cohaesio a part of Sentia Denmark to equally manage the operations of the web solution for unemployment funding.

4 The members of FOA are depending on a stable website Members use FOA.dk to search for important information about their rights concerning vacation, maternity leave and resignation. And every month there are approx. 10,000 members who take advantage of unemployment funding through the web solution. And so, the members of FOA are very dependent of both the website FOA.dk and the web solution operating steadily and securely.

5 Less issues with a single provider It is my experience that we have fewer issues after operations now are managed by Cohaesio a part of Sentia Denmark, who at the same time monitor both FOA.dk and the web solution for unemployment funding. 8 Perfectly scaled for peak workloads As both trade union and unemployment fund, naturally FOA experiences distinct periods of peak workloads taking its toll on systems. FOA s Sitecore solution is there-fore scaled to handle these periods which according to Christian Olsen works perfectly.

9 New site for the FOA periodical FOA is very satisfied with the collaboration which a part from hosting and operations also include architecture advice and support in establishing a solution which makes it easy for FOA to make changes and continuously expand. FOA is consistently expanding their web solutions and in 2016 with an entirely new website of the periodical FOA with operations managed by Cohaesio a part of Sentia Denmark. It is our experience that we very easily can apply new solutions. Everything was smooth and painless when we applied the periodical FOA, which is a new version of Sitecore. As FOA also are responsible for the unemployment fund, they must comply with strict demands for security posed by the Danish Agency for Labour Market and Recruitment (DALMR). Regarding the data security and compliance of FOA, Cohaesio a part of Sentia Denmark assist in making the assurance reports and assist FOA in the necessary specific controls. tart 2017, the data security of FOA was inspected which entailed a visit to Cohaesio a part of Sentia Denmark.
