ALL MOTOR VEHICLES IN THIS AUCTION ARE PROPERTY OF THE PORT AUTHORITY AND WILL BE SOLD TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER, AS IS AND WHERE IS, WITHOUT RECOURSE AGAINST THE PORT AUTHORITY OR AUCTIONEER. Under no circumstances will a refund or adjustment be made because of vehicles not meeting the standard expected, nor will failure to inspect be considered grounds of claim. No vehicles sold in lots. All vehicles must be sold as individual items. Lee M. Fox, LLC., in the best interest of The Port Authority of NY & NJ, reserves the right to reject any bid if such an action is deemed to be in the best interest of The Port Authority of NY & NJ. PAYMENT: $ deposit is required to obtain a bidder s number. It is refundable on auction day if your bid is unsuccessful. If your highest bid is accepted, then your deposit will go towards the payment of the vehicle that was purchased. This deposit will no longer be refundable.
