Box Duabi, UAE Subject: CTI Cooling Tower Certification York AT Line of Open, Induced-draft, Counter-flow Cooling Towers Greetings: The York AT line of open, induced-draft, counter-flow cooling towers, as described in your original application of March 26, 1999, and subsequent revisions through May 11, 2016, has satisfactorily fulfilled the requirements for certification of thermal performance by the Cooling Technology Institute (CTI), as set forth in the CTI Certification Standard STD-201(15). The AT line of cooling towers presently certified by the CTI includes the AT series of models with standard materials and fabrication methods; the USS and UAT series of models which are the same size units with stainless steel construction for corrosion resistance, the UT series of models which are the same size units with super low sound fans, the MTT series of models which are similar units internally with fiberglass materials externally for corrosion resistance; and the SUN series of models which have multiple direct drive fans and solar panel power arrays. A listing of the one-thousand-three-hundred-twenty-nine (1329) primary models (including one-thousand-one-hundred-four (1104) AT, USS/UAT and UT models, two-hundred-twenty-three (223) MTT models and two (2) SUN models) included in the CTI Certified AT line is attached for reference. In addition, the same physical units of the AT, USS/UAT and UT groups are listed using the original model naming nomenclature and a revised model naming nomenclature. The York AT line of cooling towers has been assigned and should begin to use the CTI Certification Validation Number C13A-99R18 (originally ). You are hereby authorized and encouraged to display the CTI Certification Logo in all pertinent literature and are required to affix the CTI Certification Label on all towers comprising the line, as provided in the Certification Standard. This CTI Certification requires the successful completion of a CTI Annual Reverification Test to remain in effect in subsequent years. Very truly yours, Michael G. Certification includes the use of an alternate wet heat transfer media on all models which results in a 10% reduction in thermal capacity. 9. Certification includes use of optional discharge attenuation which requires a 5% reduction in thermal capacity. 10. Certification includes use of offset sound attenuation walls. 11.
