The bove servies re in different tegories nd seprte quottions re to be submitted for eh of the bove servies. 4. Sope of the work nd formts for finnil bids for the bove servies reenlosed s Annexure - I toiv. 5. Tenders in two prts i.e. Tehnil & Prie Bids should be submitted in two seprte overs seled individully nd mrked s Tehnil Bid (T-Bid) nd Prie Bid (P-Bid). Proedure of submission of tenders shll be s follows:- ) Tehnil Bid longwith Tender ost & EMD shll be put in the envelope of pproprite size nd seled. The Cost of Tender douments is not refundble. However, EMD Amount of unsuessful tenderers is refundble without ny interest. The EMD mount of suessful tenderer is refundble fter suessful exeution of work & settlement of ounts. 8. The Prie Bid of only the suessful tenderers in the Tehnil Bid shll be opened. Sine the requirement is urgent, negotitions, if onsidered neessry, my be resorted by Tender Committee to finlize the tender. 9. The finliztion of the tender shll be on the bsis of onsolidted rtes quoted by the tenderer tivity-wise seprtely for eh tivity. 10. There my be n inrese or derese in the quntities tendered. However, ny vrition up to 10% of the quntity is to be bsorbed by the tenderer on the tendered rtes. 11. ALIMCO offiil will review the work. The Firm will be responsible to monitor the progress of the work nd lso hek the speifitions. 12. The suessful tenderer shll be solely responsible for sfety & seurity spets.the firm shll tke due re of the people & property. 13. The pyment for verified work only shll be relesedfter suessful ompletion of the mp nd ertifition by the offiils of the orportionnormlly within 30 dys of submission of the Bills. No dvne or running pyment is dmissible.

4 14. The pyment will be mde through RTGS. The suessful tender is required to submit his bnk detils & lso nelled heque long with the bill. 15. The orportion shll be entitled to impose suitble penlty s deemed fit in se of dely inexeution of work or unstisftory work/servies or serving stle/ unhygieni mel. 16. Subletting of work is not llowed nd the orportion hs the sole right to rejet ny or ll requests/ offers without ssigning ny reson. However, the orportion n distribute & wrd the work to more thn one prty in the rtio 60:40 (in se of 2 prties) or 60:20:20 (in se of 3 Prties)t L1 rtes, if deemed fit in it s sole disretion. 17. In se of ny dispute / question or ontroversy rises, the settlement of whih is not herein speifilly provided in this Tender / Order/ Contrt, the mtter in dispute shll be referred to the rbitrtion of the Chirmn nd Mnging Diretor of ALIMCO or his nominee nd deision of Chirmn nd Mnging Diretor, ALIMCO or his nominee shll be finl nd binding on both the prties.
