Present the test slides to the participant in the order provided in the score sheets below.presentonly1slideatatime. Print score sheets for presentation 1 and presentation 2. Write the participant s response on the scoresheet and code whether the response is correct. For ease of scoring,markaccuracyinthecolumnassociatedwiththecategoryofthatitem(e.g., HS for a high frequency singular item). Column totals can then be calculated for eachpresentation.ifincorrect,notewhethertheresponseisanumbererrorinthe "number error" column. A number error is a response where the correct target is producedbutasingularisproducedforapluralorviceversa(e.g.basketz>baskets; basketsz>basket). Thetestcontainspairsofsingularsandplurals(e.g.helmetandhelmets).Asingular anditscorrespondingpluralformneveroccurtogetherinthesamepresentation.to avoidprimingand/orinterferencebetweenthesingular/pluralpair,presentations1 and2shouldnotbeassessedwithinthesametestingsession.thepresentationsof the picture naming test can be combined with presentations of the reading aloud, repetitionandverificationtests.
