13 What is a community energy event? Community energy event is a temperature setback (4 degrees) or a customized demand reduction You receive notice of events one day in advance by phone, text or You are asked to participate in 75% of the events, or 15 per year, whichever is less You can choose to take up to 25% of your devices out of an event and still qualify as participating in the event Events occur weekdays, maximum of 2x/week, June through September, excluding holidays Events last two hours and occur between 1-7 p.m., typically between 3-5 p.m. Terms of agreement is 5 years but customers can cancel anytime 13
