Barkakana(E.Rly), 9. Security Deposit : Since you are registered with DGS & D hence exempted from the Security Deposit Clause. 10. Inspection:- a) Initial Inspection : Not required. In lieu of initial inspection Maker s Test Certificate should be submitted. b) Final Inspection: Final inspection shall be carried out by the General Manager(E&M), CCL, Ranchi or his authorized representative on receipt of materials at Consignee's end. Notice for inspection shall be given by the Consignee immediately on receipt of the materials. 11. Insurance :By road transport on freight paid basis duly insured. You will be fully responsible for safe arrival of the consignment up to destination of the Consignee. 12. Terms of Payment :100% payment shall be made by the Paying Authority within 21 days of receipt and acceptance of the materials or bills, whichever is later. 13. Submission of Bill(s) / Document(s) : Bill for 100% value of the spares should be submitted to the paying authority in triplicate duly stamped and receipted for arranging payment along with the following documents:- Following documents duly authenticated by you, wherever required should be submitted to the Consignee : i) Consignment note. ii) Challan. iii) One copy of the Bill. iv) Copy of warranty certificate in original v) Any other documents specified in the order. Following documents duly authenticated by you, wherever required should be submitted to the Paying Authority : i) 100% Bill(s) in triplicate duly pre-receipted and stamped. ii) Receipted challan of the consignee. iii) Copy of the consignment note and original warranty certificate. iv) Price certificate. v) Any other documents required as per order. The consignee after verification of documents and final inspection of the materials as per the order shall forward the DRR to the Paying Authority for arranging payment within the time specified. 14 Price Certificate: Please certify on the body of each and every bill that the prices charged are same as applicable to all other Govt. Deptt./Undertakings including DGS&D. 15. Road Permit: If required, the road permit shall be obtained from the consignee. 16. Mode of Dispatch : The stores should be dispatched by Road on freight paid basis, securely packed for transport by road. Necessary road permit shall be furnished by the concerned consignee on your request to them directly indicating no. of road permit required. 17. Identification Mark: The make/identification marks M&P of the manufacturer must be clearly embossed/ engraved/punched/tagged on each of the items at a visible place, which is not subject to normal wear and tear for convenience of identification at any time. 18. LIQUIDATED DAMAGES The time for and the date of delivery of the stores stipulated in the Purchase order shall be deemed to be of the essence of the contract and delivery of the stores must be completed by the date specified.

3 No : (45 Set Pump)(M&P) Dated : ::3:: In the event of failure to delivery or dispatch the stores within the stipulated date/period in accordance with the samples and/or Specifications mentioned in the supply order and in the event of breach of any of the terms and conditions mentioned in the supply order, Central Coalfields Ltd. should have the right : a) To recover from the successful tenderer as agreed liquidated damages, a sum not less than 0.5% (half percent) of the price of any stores which the successful tenderer has not been able to supply as aforesaid for each week or part of a week during which the delivery of such stores may be in arrears limited to 10%. Where felt necessary the limit of 10% can be increased to 15% at the discretion of Head of the Materials Management Division. b) To purchase elsewhere, after due notice to the successful tenderer on the account and at the risk of the defaulting supplier the stores not supplied or others of a similar description without canceling the supply order in respect of the consignment not yet due for supply or (c) To cancel the supply order or a portion thereof, and if so desired to purchase the stores at the risk and cost of the defaulting supplier and also To extend the period of delivery with or without penalty as may be considered fit and proper, the penalty, if imposed shall not be more than the agreed Liquidated Damages referred to in clause above. (f) To forfeit the security deposit full or in part. Whenever under this contract a sum of money is recoverable from and payable by the supplier, Central Coalfields Ltd. shall be entitled to recover such sum by appropriating, in part or in whole, by deducting any sum or which at any time thereafter may become due to the successful tenderer in this or any other contract. Should this sum be not sufficient to cover the full amount recoverable, the successful tenderer shall pay Central Coalfields Limited on demand the remaining balance? The supplier shall not be entitled to any gain on any such purchase. 19. Special Instruction: a) One copy of the challan and invoice showing despatch details and other documents must be sent to this office and the Office of the CGM(E&M),CCL,Ranchi to know the despatch particulars. b) The date of delivery of the stores stipulated against Delivery clause shall be deemed to be the essence of the contract and the delivery should be completed not later than the date specified therein. 20. Guarantee/Warranty: It is warranted that the stores shall be free from faulty design, materials, workmanship and quality for a period of 12 months from the date of installation or 18 months from the date of supply whichever is earlier. This certificate should accompany with your bill as mentioned in the submission of bill clause. 21. Bank Guarantee towards Performance guarantee: You are required to submit performance Bank Guarantee for 10% of the order value i.e. Rs. 32,37, ( rounded off ), valid for 21 months from the date of dispatch including 3 months for legal formalities etc. of B.G. The format of Bank Guarantee is enclosed.for arriving at the value of performance bank guarantee, the order value will be arrived at by adding all the taxes & duties applicable such as Excise Duties, Sales Tax, etc. to the FOR Destination price of the materials on order as applicable on the date of opening of price bid. The performance bank guarantee shall be released after expiry of validity period if no claim/dispute is pending on submission of a written request by you to the order placement authority. 22. JURISDICTION: The Court at Ranchi in Jharkhand State only will have the jurisdiction to deal with and decide any legal matter or dispute whatsoever arising out of our contract. 23. Order Acceptance:. We enclose two copies of the supply order. Duplicate copy of the same may please be returned duly stamped and signed within 20 days from the date of supply order as a token of acknowledgement and acceptance of the contract. Other terms and conditions not mentioned above shall be governed by GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SUPPLY OF STORES as per enclosed Annexure 'IV'. Meter / Hr, 100 MTS HEAD WITH 6.6 KV NFLP ELECTRICALS. 1.0 Horizontal spindle, horizontal split casing centrifugal pump to deal with clear mine water, coupled with electric motor and mounted on a common bed plate, complete with electricals & other accessories. Casing :- To be of close grained, high tensile cast Iron hydraulically balanced, volute type suction / Discharge branches along with supporting foot to be integrated with lower half casing ( As per IS 210, FG 220 or better) Impellers : To be made of bronze construction, statically & dynamically balanced (conforming to IS 318, Grade II). Lubrication: To facilitate lubrication of bearing, grease cups to be provided with each bearing mounting or other suitable provision. AC MOTOR: The pump shall be coupled directly through steel pin and rubber bush type/ suitable flexible coupling to a NFLP continuous duty, SPDP / TETV / TEFC Squirrel cage induction motor, 1450 RPM (Approx) OF 4.2 ADEQUATE capacity (H.P. /KW) and suitable for operation in AC 3 Phase, 50Hz, 6.6 KVolts supply. It shall conform to IS 325 and class F insulation, IP 55 as well as horizontally coupled with pump at the same bed plate. Capacity ( HP/KW ) of motor should be selected in such a manner that- It should have margin of 10% over and above power required by pump at duty condition.
